I won MVP our first 3 battles after this was implemented and people genuinely seemed upset. So I stopped trying and just do my class hit and decap only when absolutely needed even though I can at 727. Other assassins seem to be hitting refresh then spamming the execute button. Bah, they can have the 5 coins if they want it that badly.

I agree with Drach....and can understand many perspectives. For me it kind of stinks to blow token after token to demo buildings and have someone come in that has Demo 3 and take the Demo title and get the bonus... It would be nice to have the bonus go to the top 3 or randomly to one of the top players in the category...

No simple solution but it is frustrating knowing you will never get a bonus since there are a few high levels in the empire.

Only the winners have the bonus. No bonus for a lost. But you can say you was the team lead, anyway.

This new thing seems like a joke lol....or maby they just love assassins :/
Our assassins is always getting these......
Highest dmg done - always about 500-600 dmg, done by a assassin with Execute
Most KO's - this point goes to a assassin again, cause we use them to Execute at 600 life
Most dmg done - yes this is the assassin again, cause of all the Execute's

Assassin is the most likely to get it however, it is possible for snipers and for enforcers to get as well.

Physically impossible for heavies to get.. But the trade off is they will most likely always get building damage

Which still gives them + 5% cc

Yeah, I felt that the rewards dialed down the teamwork somewhat.. but in-team competition can be fun, provided its healthy competition. Health packs became even more precious. ^^

Since I imagine the rankings are here to stay, I would like to see the top three per team for each category. Tap on, say, tokens absorbed, and that information slides out. Or, if you prefer, a separate screen that has the running tally of all of those statistics.

I would also like to know how certain categories are calculated in the event of a tie. For example, two people are tied for the total number of executes.. what method is used to determine who wins? If they're tied, why not reward the bonus to both equally?

                      A couple of thoughts:
                      1. I have never seen a sniper get any of the rewards.
                      2. I wish the bonus was more significant. If it is worth acknowledging that you were the best at a certain role during the battle, shouldn't it be worth more than a couple of tokens.

The bonuses were made taking into account the buildings that grant bonus cc.

You must not have very strong snipers in your empire. In fa it's usually our top sniper

This is a first came, first served situation. So in case of a tie, for instance with 9 exes, whoever performed first the 9th ex gets the achievement.

Indeed, heavies will get the Building Damage achievement, but mostly there is only 1 possible achievement for all the heavies, while the other classes can fight for 2 achievements. Maybe also the Tokens Absorbed can go to heavies, but usually its a Enforcer achievement.

                            I SUPPORT THREAD 1000000%
From the moment this system was implemented my empire started seeing players making moves that would land them a spot in the leader boards vs. working together as a team.
The developers need to understand that it is the intangibles sometimes that swings the tide in EvE. For example people aren't going to suicide to clear a high priority target knowing that it will essentially give up their spot on the leader boards.
This system is made for an assassin like myself to make it to the leader boards EVERY TIME (babysitting tokens to use for high hp executions of course). It is good for me but in reality it is unfair with the heavy weapon class having the short end of the stick.

My wish is that there was a system where the ENTIRE empire would be rewarded for their performance/efficiency in wars.
                            Having categories like:
                            "Average Damage phr attack"
                            "Average Damage dealt phr execution"
"Average Damage delt phr Building hit"
                            "Victory Time"
                            "Tokens Absorbed"
                            "Buildings Left Standing"
Maybe even rewarding a few more cc to empires that win against teams that have higher average lvl's

This would make EvE much more interactive and would promote much more TEAMWORK and activity of players.

First of all, thanks for the last update. I LOVE the battle logs, new EvE seasonal leaderboards, visual effects, ...

Myself and the Russian Mafia folks are pretty pleased about that.

However, one thing that displeases us very much is the introduction of EvE single player rewards (MVP, Top score, Top Damage, etc)

While this *seems* to be a great idea, I feel that it is destroying what EvE is really about... and that is teamwork.

In a battle, its not how many points you can individually score but how your actions can help the empire...

For example: If to open and destroy an armory, we need to suicide because of some high level defender, then so be it.
Individually we will have less points but collectively, we will have crippled the token regen of our enemy and probably ensured a win.

In general, UWE is a very self centered game. Its all about ME, my LTS, My STATS and who I can beat.
EvE should be how TEAMS work together to gain a victory. We have beaten powerful empires because of teamwork and tactics.

So as much as the new EvE single player rewards looks cool... its not.

Im not suggesting to remove the feature for all but maybe implement a on/off switch for empires who want to work as a team instead of focusing on personal rewards.

                              Just my 2 cents.
Completely agree. Not a fan of this. Especially since us Enforcers really don't get anything. Whoever the designated healer is, will be the only one to get the Absorbed Tokens. Starting to think PA has something against Enforcers. Boss battles are hardest for us, then this. I like every aspect of the update, but not this.

You realize that enforcers are the 2nd best class in game right? You don't have to do anything... And in boss fights you get points for every point of damage you absorb holding aggro for the others in boss fight. They can easily get the highest points in the fewest amount of stamina..
