Not sure why pa does not want to anwser but the reason is pretty obvious, it was part of the plan to reduce the effectiveness of the lsi built to balance the game. When fusion was release it affected the balance of the game a little bit more since people was able to get one rare from the crate and get it to multi star using fusion and Caine from challenge since it was the cheapest and get a multi star crate rare a lot cheaper then someone rolling. I would say like artanis said before the lsi built is now only good or should I say just so so. Now the cheapest rare from challenge is 1500 energy and balance the cost benefit vs rolling crate. My guest is pa will add a uncommon to midtown later or something else to balance the challenge vs meat pack. PA could you at least tell us if there's a plan to add a uncommon to midtown later on ? That might help people deal with it.

Good points! I never really had a problem with the commons (Original commons, not updated ones) on that dice challenge until the change. Also to be very honest: This build is only effective for those that spend weekly! If the PL doesn't spend weekly, this build isn't effective until a year really.

Even with starring up LT's, your still real squishy, and can't beat a level 250 plus until you start attack pumping! Again I'm a fan of high BSI (It's how I started!), but I was 7 months behind high BSI guys and I wanted what they had, but cheaper! Once I was done with starring up my inner circle, all FP was going on crates, and stamina refills (Drops weapons)

I don't get cocky! I tell everyone they need to be super patient, or spend weekly (Best way to support PA, I think)

Hey I haven't commented in the recomb rant thread because I have nothing to add or defend the devs with.. So I get the complaint there I follow you.

I commented on here because this being the most active thread of your other threads sharing this topic. And everyone complaint about no response...

Anyways... I see what they are doing but it'll be difficult for most others to see... At this time the next couple bosses releases should make it apparent for most

I'm known as pa fanboy... Who defends pa constantly (I'm ok with that) most people don't see the bigger picture and have foot in mouth syndrome... They only see what they have in front if them but they don't have the next 50 update patch notes in front of them like pa does

Now where on the same page. I don't mind admitting I'm wrong. Four threads about the same problem, is a bit too much. But understanding the ultimate reason is a different story! Again I'm rooting in PA, as it's hilarious that my new PS3 games get no love.

A few weeks back I wrote how there was too many players, too far in the game, and I started to notice PA would make changes to slow us down? Yes I did. Check my profile, one last time! I wasn't being a @ss. I stated that their servers couldn't handle so many players.

Nothing was meant as a diss to PA. I supported ARENA. I just didnt spend because I wasn't strong enough to warrant spending. I still spent in the game (SUPPORT, because I love this game). I was the 1st to say I liked the new COMMONS in the challenge jobs. Needless to say, my Recomb rant is probably a big reason they rushed out the changes so fast.

I also stated (Voodoo stay with me.) I would be thrilled to get 5/6 Kate's and 7/8 Recombs (PA or Matt, if I'm wrong suspend my account). But I know I'm telling the truth. I have helped constructively, and once irrationally! When people started making multiple threads about the changes sucked, who backed it up, and now those threads are dead? Me. Check? I'm the last person to answer those threads!

Am I right Matt? They didn't make changes to effect one build, those changes effected all builds, and in a good way. High BSI players using their energy, were obtaining more Pains than Recombs, for their low energy! Then the change that effected all builds (Midtown). Again, am I right? Yes I am. Half a brain? Seriously?

The reason the Midtown change wasnt right? All builds could use a couple energy refills, to have a chance at a Rare (1050eng). I got friends who can not spend, for whatever reason, and I recruited them. They are high BSI, and with 325 energy, it won't make sense aiming for Caine now (1500eng).

I did code before. Not getting things right the first time, is more infuriating than your wife/girl cheating on you would do! I secretly know how PA feel, as this is their baby. Don't attack me, for sometimes putting a foot in my mouth. I want to be able to play this game a year from, and will work on how I give feedback.

Anyways it's all good I'm I don't go out of my way to troll people or attack them.. It does happen and it does on occasion come off that way.. I'm just a person who wants to help... But I know the devs are tired of hearing from me.

If all I do is spam, I wouldn't get thanked in game by high level BSI! Why are you the only player that says this? I already explained to Marco the true reason, and non of what I wrote is a rant.

You've posted 3-4 threads (threads created challenge jobs 9/23, email I sent 9/25, artanis 9/28, this one on 9/24, look at your own thread creation history) and emails about the same topic on same day (spam, and harassment) I even recall a guru (actually doing his job for once) telling you something close to you're spamming wait for an answer.
towards the end of my post it was starting to get broad spectrum covering everyone... You came to mind because of your repeated thread making in short time frame.. And yes I do read your threads how else would I know that?

I didn't list because its common freakin sense on how to treat other people like human beings and not less than dirt... Obviously if "you fucked up, or stop dodging the question" isn't constructive criticism then someone with half a brain would go "hey I'm not getting a response with this approach lets try something new" but no all you do is the same damn thing... Yeah people agree with you not my point... And I never said I disagreed... I said if you want an answer try a little more honey and a lot less crap... You'll actually get results...

Anytime I email support I get a response or my issue is resolved usually in 30mins or less... I'm no different from anyone else who plays... The difference is how I treat them (pa, support)

No just not taking a sledge to this thread.. And it's something I actually don't know.. Haven't test this myself yet as my focus has been else where..

If I had to guess, I would say it was done to slow down player "progression"


And @shai they have said repeatedly that unless you do constructive criticism they won't answer all you've done is spam, harass, insult, etc. and as a result you will be ignored. Thanks to you and other players this is the stance they have taken now to protect their employees from harassment and abuse.... There's always multiple ways to go about doing things 1st of which you guys know very well but the result of that is what you see now... This forum is like any other game forum...silent with little or no word from the devs, when we use to get a lot.. Not just on forum but in game as well.

You want answer and to be treated like people... Then act like it and treat them like people also.. I'm not saying you don't have the right to he mad or upset, I'm just saying use the brain that you have. We can turn this around and can get the devs talking again but if you guys keep up this bullcrap of nonstop barrage of "you fucked up, thiefs, stop dodging the question, etc" then this forum will be as useless as a rubber beak on a woodpecker

I don't really think it belongs there. This thread isn't a rant about some game mechanic that someone doesn't like. It's about PA silently making a change that negatively affects many players in a very big way, and then refusing to make any comments on it.

Exactly .. And I hate this!! I am yet to start my work on dice jobs after yet to complete my painful journey to 2k energy without FPs. And they have screwed it up before I could get fruits of my labour ...
Somedays back, somebody posted that old players have undue advantage .. I agreed to that but some people countered. All those people should see things like this when we cannot get at par with the ones with 6-7* rares/uncom because the game is changed midway.

Before: Midtown Dice Challenge totaled 1050 Energy.
After: Midtown Dice Challenge totaled 1500.

Where's you hear any of that? They are on the forum daily, but they aren't going to reply to every post.

Sadly, they never respond to the most important posts. For example, we still haven't heard anything regarding the issue that this thread addresses.
