the complete absence of available bosses is costing you money, especially during events. Charging gus on all five accounts is hard even when there is no event because at any given time there are usually ten or fewer public bosses.
there are ways to fix this. Autostart bosses from dev accounts or do it manually- in a recent event you put up a handful once or twice then stopped.
Events are key revenue generators for you. If there is nothing to hit we use up energy but not stam refills.
how does mmb revenue compare to other events? Twice? Five times?
after 7-8 years and five toons from level 3800 to 6000 I’ve put a lot of time and money into the game as have others. We are invested in you success so this is not a complaint it is a request that will make you money, improve customer satisfaction and protect our mutual investment by keeping the game viable. Most old timers have maxed out the rewards for boss fights which has lowered demand.
another suggestion - introduce incentives for people to creating bosses - creating a Sarah requires creating bosses.
easy fix: every boss should have some valuable tech lab rewards that are only available to the person who created the boss. Make those rewards be something that doesn’t max out - once we had pieces for three killing flames we were maxed, we can always use a new epic like Sarah. If it takes too much time to design new items make it simple - give the boss creator a 10% chance of getting an epic shard.
you could fix this in a day if you want to and we would be able to give you money that we actually want to give you but cannot because there are no bosses.
please work with us, we are on the same side. In the interim could you please go start a dozen of each boss then check back to replenish now and then? I want to spend a coup hundred bucks worth of stam refills this week if you will create a way for me to do it. Thank you in advance for your assistance and partnership.
