i really think the 'pay respect' feature needs expanding. ive paid the max on all the families and now it seems like a pointless feature. Feels like it used to be sufficient enough for the original (smaller) release and has been neglected as the game has expanded...

maybe you could allow the whole respect feature its self to evolve once max respect for the Current families is reached...
ie; respect is now paid by completing a stamina based 'hit contract' (side job). that can only be attempted once every x amount of hours from the previous attempt weither it was a success/failure.
has a minimum stamina requirement and a hit or miss % rate which is offset against your personal stats (attack, defence, health etc). Where it takes only 1 successful hit to complete the job and 1 miss to fail. The % rate for a successful hit would get smaller, and the minimum stamina requirement would be raised as you progressed.

    • This type of set up adopts parts of other features already being used, so doesnt stray far from the games integrity.
    • The feature would no longer be a one direction 'click and collect' set up, but now dependant on your overall success to failure ratio.
    • The time you have to wait between unsuccessful hits would now lenghtening whole feature out...

    Re: paying respect feature

LSI would miss out, and the concept of failing would frustrate people currently playing. Instead of getting a free skill point, you have a chance to get a free skill point, and only if you're strong enough.

While I agree that the reputation needs expanding, I don't believe that this suggestion will go over well with most of the community, myself included.

    My Regards,

      Re: paying respect feature

Paying respect still helps some of your stats...

      Cartel: +20 Attack, +1% Critical
      Syndicate: +10 Attack, +2% Critical
      Mafia: +30 Attack, +15 Defense
      Street: +15 Attack, +30 Defense

        Re: paying respect feature

personally i dont think the frustration factor has any merrit.
i didnt max respect all the families until i was around level 170, which took me months to reach.
And as my suggested feature would only become available once youd achieved max respect for all families id think your ready to start putting in work for the perks.
the current mindless 'click and collect' system is good for young players who are just starting UE. but the players who are full time actives, and who go on to reach a very high level, are gonna need a respect feature thats gonna sustain them well on there way. Im sure the seriously commited players who have put in the money, time and effort should be able to gain the same free perks all newer players are getting.
Id rather have the option to work for free perks then not having them available at all.

Thanks for the interest in my suggestion and your comments on it.

          Re: paying respect feature

I personally insanely dislike insignias due to the aggravation portion of it, as a result this is an idea I can not get behind. The equation would take too much time and effort on top of the effort needed to create a stam hitlist system. So my opinion is a system like this has no place. The daily favor may be a mindless click and get, but it is a reliable click and get, and for that reason I believe it should stay.

            Re: paying respect feature

You still get a skill point for paying respect.

            +1 Stamina for Cartel
            +1 Attack for Syndicate
            +1 Energy for Mafia
            +1 Defence for Street

Why you want to turn this into a chance based system is beyond me. I don't want to keep you from making suggestions, they're what help improve the game. But this is one I cannot personally support.

isnt the crate roll a chance based system and the daily gift?
why do you want it all to be so straight forward? a chance based feature has got to be an improvement on a feature that drops content and stops being seen as useful to any player who has maxed it.

                Re: paying respect feature

if you think paying respects becomes useless after having maxed it, you probably did not understand the idea of paying respect.
I'm a high level and I pay respects every day. Another 50 odd days and I'll have my 500 days milestone and the achievement reward.

                  Re: paying respect feature

Its an incentive to log on every 24 hours. In a week i get 7 free stat points. In a month I get 30. In a year I can get 365 stat points. This feature gives an advantage to players who have been playing for a long time, it can not be bought.
I agree that the faction part is kind of pointless now that ive maxed them out and got the rewards, the bonus atk/def/crit bonuses are kind of useless.
Definatly needs an overhaul but I dont want that reliable daily stat point turned into another, extremely unreliable rng stat point.

Agree that Paying Respect needs no modifications.

                    Based on the simple facts:
Login for an entire year grants you 365 free skill points. This equates to leveling 73 times in a year @5 SP a level.

                    Just leave well enough alone.

Honestly I hate the crate system due to the randomness, the only part about the daily system I like are the GUARANTEED FP and scratchers. You may say that scratchers are also a random system, but no matter what you get cash or a silly item. Therefore a new system with no "better" reward on top of randomness seems useless to someone that has played this game with almost 600 days on my respect achievement.(Keep in mind that stam only counter as 1 day for awhile I noticed so I assume that is not an accurate number.) As someone who notices the chance system in UE can be rewarding while being also very aggervating more situational RNG is not wanted at least by me.

It is far from useless after having maxed it, you still get the stat point. I'm not going to support a chance to get a stat point, when I can already get one for free every day.

I do think the faction aspect should be expanded, but don't turn it into a chance based system.

I only want more points, been at 6k for over a year this is my idea. Everyone should still get the free skill point that you get from daily respect per family but I think like the new upcoming PVP updatsr that the respect points should be a reset monthly or something to that effect. With some extra percentage based bonuses for the higher tiers. Something like this 👇

I believe the daily respect and the PVP/eve system should work hand-in-hand

With the current system you get 100 points for each daily respect and minimal points from bosses and pvp etc. If you are a daily player like myself and you collect daily for 30 days that would equal 3000 points with the extra points that you get from PVP and bosses you should easily be able to attain the 6k max every month

So once you reach 1500 points you would get a 1.5% bonus to all of your stats 3000 points a 3% bonus to all of your stats with the max being 6% bonus to all of your stats, so with this kind of system once you hit The max 6K threshold and get your 6% bonus it would be active for an entire month so whatever threshold you got from the previous month would affect your next month in PVP and EVe.

So for those daily players like myself who collect the maximum 30 skill points every month would be guaranteed a 3% stat bonus carried on month-to-month with an additional 3% possible to overachievers.

I definitely think there could be some tweaking done to these formulas but I think it's a step in the right direction, I look forward to anybody's replies and or comments to this post like it or hate it I would like to hear from you thank you for reading
