There's a thin line here. I think 400 levels either way is fine. You can always find somebody to beat in that range and somebody can always find you. It is cheap to farm below that range in my opinion and anybody saying its part of the game is really only saying it cause they're the ones who do it. But it is what it is, we've all experienced it. Except maybe those level 3000s.

Ask yourself. Are you willing to put up with the pressure of PvP? If not, then don't bother doing it at all.

Plain and simple. If you do not want to get farmed either stop playing the game or stop PVP altogether. I don't say this to be a smartass but to help you. It will continue to happen and will not go away. IMO just relax and let it happen. It is a part of the game and actual "farmers" that hit more than say 10 times in a day will always get bored with their new "toy" and eventually move on. Increasing your rank is a sure way to get farmed especially with all the level 1000+ lsi accounts with rank 19 or below so if it is that frustrating, I would stay under the radar and stop ranking up if you don't want the attention. In the long run, not getting frustrated over hits and farmers will make the game so much more enjoyable for you as well.

The only argument that I have is during Battle Royale events (crossing my fingers for next one). In an event, I do believe there should be some type of tier system although I know this has been brought up in multiple threads in the past.

thanks for the input, i really appreciate it. yea, i made a sub toon on my andriod (feels amazing, game runs smoothly on the phone) and i decided not to touch pvp all together. Also im still a bsi account tho. I guess everyone learns something or two from their first toon.

That's not what you said. You said that these kind of threads are the reason this game is TURNING into a rainbow game.

on a side note, you guys do realize that no one really reads these threads right? this is an "i hate this" sub forum that is made for people to vent out their anger. It is neither a good source of advice nor a suggestion. If i really wanted to plea for a change on this matter, i could have a) went to the suggestion sub forum or b) contacted the game developers someway or another.

I will make a list, hopefully you will be able to read it better.

1. I'm NOT complaining about being attacked by people 300+ levels.
2. I AM complaining about people FARMING when 300+'levels.
3. If this issue really comes up every few weeks/month, then you know that it is a problem and a serious one at that.
4. These high level people most likely DID NOT spend money on the game, but simply started the game earlier.

If you do this or approve of this, you are not wrong, you are just an [insert curse word here]

If it really bothers you that much to get attacked your playing the wrong game. Seriously, you are.
This isnt farmville where everything is sunshine and rainbows. This is a god damn war game. You ARE going to be attacked, that will never change no matter what your level. So get yours where you can, make some friends that can help you out if you need it, accept your place as a weakling or become strong. Whatever you want to do.

Easy question to ask yourself...in EvE do you not attack people of lower level based on morals or principle? No, you crush that weak toon and smile doing it. Because thats the game.

UE is an attacking game. No there shouldn't be any level caps... Mad that you got owned by a player 300+ levels ahead of you? Then get our you wallet buddy and start spending money like they did to whoop your @$$ in the first place. I find that a lot of people whine and complain, yet they don't realize the point of UE is KILL or BE KILLED!

My point is that in all honesty, you should expect to be getting hit in this game, and expect that people are going to have hotwire, etc... this game is all about strategy and we all play the game differantly. If there is a level 200 cap imposed it would do more harm then good... Now you'll have people within the same level range with more hits for and against them and you know what the player's will do? Whine and Complain some more! LOL.

player could load hotire for the hits and then re-adjust lineup...

another thought, is someone in your empire farming this guy?
have you asked them to stop? or explain the hits?

he doesnt. no one is farming him, and yes we have asked him to stop and informed his empire leader. However he still attacks.

Reasons to PvP: bp, xp, money, achievements, too much stamina so need to unload without receiving any xp when close to level, empire PvP wars and most important, for the pure fun of it.
I think every player from UE passed at one time through the "why do you farm me" phase. Now those that passed that phase are just looking back and see that there is no real reason to cry about being hit by levels 1k up. Is just some name on the game that you need to delete.
I passed that phase long time ago. I don't even look at the profiles of who is hitting me anymore. I actually had to read in empire chat that a certain empire was farming us.

im not going to quit because of it, but it does get irritating. And god forbid we retaliate by making our high levels attack him.. no no no, he is a special child of "xxxxx" empire that no one should touch. He already farmed us enough to go from rank 16 to 19 last time i checked, he is probably 20 or 21 by now.
