Toon Bound To Multiple Google Play Accounts??

I apologize for how long this post is, but this problem has been happening for a LONG time. I feel it may be necessary to take the time to explain ALL the details. Basically just looking for member opinions or knowledge if any has had this happen to them. Or if a dev happens to take pity on my situation, great. But, I'm not gonna hold my breath on it. Maybe I just didn't make myself clear when I messaged support. Who knows?
ANYWAYS,
Currently, my level 643 Titan (BSI 8.83), is bound to THREE Google Play Games Accounts. Not with my approval that's for sure. How'd this happen? Well, I have a couple theories, but I didn't write any code for this game, so these are just THEORIES. I may be part to blame for having one of the 2 unauthorized Play Accounts, but it sure doesn't explain the second one. I'll start from the beginning, I started playing UE right around when Android 5 came out. Remember when we had to wait 2 hours before switching toons? What an awful idea that was right? Well, when Android 5.1 came out, what a saving grace that was! Why? Because I discovered something. In the Android settings was an option to switch between users. Which then allowed you to add more Google accounts. Which in return meant that you could then switch toons as fast as you could close the game, go into settings, select users, then switch, and relaunch the game. It couldn't be breaking the rules considering it's an option that was released with Android. So I went ahead and added 2 other accounts I made through Google. Then, I started a toon on my gf's iPad too.
Well, it became quite hard to maintain 4 toons after I started working 12-15 hour days. So, I then decided I would just give a couple of them to my empire members. Thinking I was trying to do something nice. I mean why throw away a toon I got to like level 115? Especially when there was NO rookie bonus at the time. So I gave the login details to the Google account to one of my empire members (who just joined and shown a lot of effort) and said, "Here take this toon. I will not play it. I removed the account from my phone, so all you have to do is change the password in Google and you should be good to go." My Titan WASN'T bound to this account OR didn't even mentioned any details about my Google Play account. So then the following day talking to my empire on Line, Cre (empire leader, great guy), then informs how frowned upon toon sharing is and can even lead to getting banned. I was not aware of this at the time. I then didn't release any details about the second toon, and just ended discarding it.
It's at this point, that I believe something glitched out after I deleted the 2 other Google accounts from my Motorola G first gen. Like, somehow my toon got bound to the accounts I deleted. I wasn't aware of this at the time. Only through minor inconsistencies' was it made clear. (lower amount in the bank, paying respect to different cartel etc.) I then asked said member, who around this time was kinda having a falling out with the empire. So he of course denied it. But then I took like probably a 6 month break. But, before I did, a handy new feature came out, the provide info feature. I then proceeded to add my Hotmail account (same Hotmail I used for these forums). After I returned to the game, it became quite evident that he indeed had access to my toon, and it also became clear that he had no intentions on unbinding it either. It should also be noted, that my gf just got an Android phone and started playing UE at this time.
So I then thought, I'll message support. After all, isn't that what the provide info is all about? But, instead of having my back, I got the, "toon sharing is a ban able offence". Thinking like I just roll out the red carpet on all my private info. So, I suck it up for about a year. But now it's just making me repulse and annoying. But flash forward to today, and my gf (who started to recently play again) got quite the shock when she went to go start another toon, and all of sudden my toon is in her list of bound toons. I'd like to know just how in the heck that's possible. Considering this, I have NEVER once had my Google account on ANY of the devices she uses. I tried that once and it synced all her contacts with mine and it was a pain getting sorted. This of course was WAY before my toon was bound to her Google Play Games account. I have no explanation as to the cause or even a time frame as to when this event occurred. I do know though that I don't find it even half invasive as to having someone overseas with access to my toon.
So, I have 2 questions:
1) Wouldn't it just be fair to release the toon to the email that I provided in the 'provide info' section? I know it's a Hotmail domain, but I do have a Google Play Account registered with that email. (In fact, it was actually the first google account I had). OR
2) Should I just abandon hope and get the account banned? Taking in consideration that I've probably spent $2500+ on this toon and would spend more but I don't really want to add my current credit card info to an already breached privacy toon.
I'm really at my whit's end here and probably already know the route I'll be forced to take. But, thought I'd give 1 last plead. Cuz honestly, if this goes south, I won't be playing ANY of my other toons. If this does just happen to get read my a dev, consider I'm only asking for what's fair. I'd like to think I've been nice and straight forward about this matter and would only ask the same respect in return.
