Be smart. A year from now, who's going to be stronger? Doesn't take rocket science to figure that out! Last time I respond to this back and forth! It's already been proven. PL's will leave BSI in the dust. If that's not true, why is PA only targeting the PL build? I know your a smart kid. No point in arguing against truth!

HAHAHAHAH WTF?????? What has already been proven?? That is the WHOLE point of this thread. I have already shown you a true BSI player and you think your whack ass build is going to beat him in a year? First it was 6 months now it's a year. After the year has elapsed and you get shit on again are you going to say 2 years, 3??

Both of you are trying to compare apples with oranges. Shai, you can claim that you will be more powerful and your build is more superior to that of a BSI player in a year but what you will have that a BSI player will NEVER have is access to more aspects of the game (without spending a great deal of cash). Even if you are weaker than a BSI player in a year, who cares? You can boss fight, you can complete new areas quickly, you can level faster, and you can still be pretty tough.

Lmao. This. Exactly what I have been trying to prove is true. A pl may beat a pure bsi depending on certain situations. Not all though. I haven't spent a cent on my fluffy. Am good help in demo. Have 5 starred west side and all secret jobs. Waiting on cash for rest of italy as am half way done. Finished rank 4 in arena without really trying. A pl is not interested in pvp beyond the awards. They can easily be redone at a later date hitting down. No shame in that. That's the way this game is made. I already have two Sara drops from Titan. (Main dosent have one )

Bsi and pl are two completely different builds there is no point in comparison. Players who do bsi builds are mostly interested in pvp and eve. The pl in quests and boss hunts. The game needs both types to succeed. A bsi is needed for strong eve situations. With out pl a bsi team will be useless in big boss hunting without dropping a bomb in refills.

This guid is not for pvp inclined. But for power lvlers.

No we are not. We are comparing builds in the same game. Comparing apples and oranges would be comparing 2 separate games. Learn your analogies.

We are not arguing anything about who has more access to what, who can boss fight more, blah blah blah. He thinks in a year he will be able to beat a pure BSI build in pvp, that is all. He is wrong, just need time to show him. Just hope you don't waste too much money Shai!

I don't know why you are constantly in this thread if you are so aggressively against LSI. If you want to play the game your way, then do it, and spare us from hearing your opinion. There are multiple ways to play the game and multiple ways your character could be setup stat wise. It is already common knowledge that LSI players will not fare as well as bsi players in pvp. Because yea, it is apples to oranges. Bsi players FOCUS on their pvp stats whereas LSI players focus on their level. If two people start on the same day and don't spend any money, the bsi build will be stronger immediately, whereas in the long run the lsi player will eventually catch up. The end it is that simple.

I think LSI players are being overlooked because of the sheer damage a BSI can inflict on another players and in EvE. Personally, I would have preferred putting my all in Energy and Stamina, and then have fun in boss fights getting all the awesome equipments as well as getting my achievements / loads of income by doing jobs.

BUT I don't like the idea of getting runned over either. And since my empire is heavily into EvE and PvP, I'm pushing towards a BSI build. My Energy and Stamina are up in the 300s, so it takes less money and less time to level up compared to BSIs. Eventually, I know I'll be just as tough as them, with higher levels, and the same amount of stats if not more (I'll be able to comfortably complete my jobs to 5*s as opposed to a pure BSI who will struggle.)

As such, I agree with Ksmaster23. It's cheaper to go LSI, and once you are easily getting all that cash and the items from boss drops, you can really be a tough player. As strong as BSI? Maybe not. But in the long, I believe they'll be able get there.

Alot of info to take in, and your all pretty much correct. The problem he has is I said should be able to hold your own against BSI! Pure BSI, BSI, Hybrid, it really doesn't matter. It's all about what you enjoy in this game. I like bossing, and can give two $hots about PvP right now!

There were quite a few PL's in top 1000 of arena, so all must not be fluffy as we think. Also I've never had 1 attack/1 defense lol. I'm way over that. It doesn't matter to me really. Bottom line: If true BSI are soooooooooooo strong, why do they hit sooooooooooo far down in battle rank!

If the LSI can give a good answer for that, I won't make a bad statement about his beloved BSI anymore! Deal?

*Dont use the cliche: They do it to get a rouse out of players, because that's BS* - My guess? To pad stats! But if that's true, why not smack level 800's plus, to pad stats? If y'all did, BSI guys wouldn't have such a bad rap.

Again, I stated countless times BSI guys have the most fun in the short term!

From my experience as a pure LSI on a work phone (not continuously on it, so basically just wanting to see Russia and Honk Kong, for which my main hybrid is not even close)
                      - 1. get 120 stamina as soon as possible. Do not say it will not matter, you can stay with lower stamina and pump only in energy to quickly get it higher. After level 50 you will see that going to sleep with 0 stamina and knowing you will max in am hour or a couple of hours is not nice.
                      - 2. I did all 3 starting areas before reaching level 100 (slums, tracks, midtown). So it is not really needed to rush to Midtown to open a second seat (enforcer). Strange enough I am now level 101 and the Assassin seat is not unlocked, hope it will be solved quickly.
                      - 3. Bought also a couple of Real Estate Agencies. Now it just happened to run out of money, so I had to wait (did some challenge jobs, mainly to not waste energy while waiting for money to com in). I am not really sure in which challenge jobs to best spend some energy while waiting for money to advance (just 1* Meatpack now). Did a couple of Midtown challenge jobs, in principal hoping to get Charmaine in the future, if wating for money is required again. So my advice here would be to keep at least 500k in the bank at all times, for future jobs (when you reach Meatpack).
                      - 4. If you find an Empire with more than 5 actives and the leader / officer, active stick with it (and maybe send me a pm with the empire name). In the lower leagues wars with no shots fired are seemingly very common. Or just 1 member appearing in 10 minutes, shooting all its tokens and that is all. Not seeing him again in that respective war (seem in both sides). After I swapped a few empires with the inactivity problem I have taken an empty empire in Platinum league. But now we are only 4 and the war does not start. So who ever is looking to join an empire, you can join Metal Gear, in Platinum league, rank 201. So basically here my advise would be to find an empire with at least the leader or an officer active, so he/she can start the empire upgrades. Or join Metal Gear, I am active.
-5. PvP? I am level 101 and rank 1. Getting hit maximum 2 times per day (I really do not understand why I get hit at all, I am ussualy hit by rank 7+). So no problem. Shai complains that he is getting farmed on his PowerLeveler account? I am sure he did some PvP on his side or he attracted some negative image of his own by other means. The only PvP that I have done was while Arena was running (rank 4 on Junior Arena, which was way higher that I have expected). So basically you will not get hit if you don't hit.

Having a power level is nice IF you have an alternate account. But a hybrid (at least) lets you enjoy the whole game now, not in 1 year since you receive your first mission. Getting 9* lt is not so important as Shai wants to leave the impression. My main is a hybird with BSI=3.8, level 271 and rank 19. I am going for rank 22 in this moment and now it is looking very promising, having a lot of wins. But I am sure it will be tougher while I reach rank 21. PS: I have no Epic lieutenants and my only Uncommon not bought with ingame money is Ariel, which I won at the Casino event. And Arya, received free at the Pirate event
Never had a problem getting attacked and executed daily! Not sure where or what your reading! Farming: Is ONE person who attacks CONSTANTLY, throughout a day! Also I'm not squishy at all. I've been attacked 3x in 24hrs. My stats are GREAT for a PL. also I stated before, I didn't start PL until level 150 on July 10th. So of course my PvP rank would be 10.

I knew what I was getting into, and being someone's B!*c* for 6-9 months, was already known.

I dont have a "problem" Shai. just simply pointing out the flaw in your logic from my point of view.

Just because there were power levelers in the arena means nothing. I was a lvl 200 rank 8 and there were many many lvl 300ish rank 8 players, all the high lvl powerlvlers had to do was be patient and use tokens efficently.
As for hitting down in rank I can tell you personally the only time I do that is when im driving and not paying attention to my battle list. Most BSI players are really only involved in PvP, you have stated that you are not. If you were, you would understand how tedious it is to run thru hundreds of stamina 1 at a time whil battling other players. It simply reaches a point where we just hit the person that is first on the battle list. I have even hit empire mates because of this lol.
The only "bad" rap BSI players have is being badass. Your last statement is completely ridiculous.

Don't worry about someone else's money bra. Shows insecurity in knowing you don't have money to blow! I still got my PS3, with many games and? I play this way more, since I downloaded it in May! Also point our where I said a PL could beat a BSI? I'll wait........!

Again i stated: we'll be able to hold our own against level 750 and under. When did, "Hold our own" become beat? Smh this pure BSI/LSI stuff was started by DvEight. Check the back pages! I spend my money, because I choose to speed up the process. Again, it's my money. Did I ever ask anyone what they spent? No. But if I choose to tell the world, I can.

Bottom line: I placed top 5000 on arena, spending zero money on the event, oversleeping, and working doubles. My Strongest LT at the time was a 3* Kate. If top 5000 this year, were would I be next year! Will your BSI build land you in the top 100 in Pirate Booty/Casino Royale? Absolutely not. Will I be a top 1000 player by battle Royale season 2? There were multiple LSI builds that placed in the top 300. Go figure. Again a PL uses duel to combat a BSI guys warring. Instead of all LT's, just 5, and most powerful: Gear/Weapons, Vehicles, etc.

This whole time I thought Each was the strongest LSI build. Not by a longshot. Edit is level 700, NeoStatic level 700 (Also has a Reaper). But everyone says a PL isn't, or won't be strong for years. Check Lil Rascals empire, and attack him @DvEight -- Relay the results to this thread. Lmfao

My farmer pointed out that he had 90k plus in wins. So I asked him, if your so strong, why do you attack 13 battle ranks down? I also asked him, how many of those wins were against other battle rank 23's? He was a level 419 (Still is, after 4-6 days). Why would he stop farming me. I threatened to farm him constantly once I could? My guess? He stopped right after I said I'd use 1k stamina to eff up his stats, and use refills to get his pristine w/l to under 3:1 -- I'm ignorant, and would still be attacking me, if I was him. I talked mad $hit to him.

There's no right or wrong build. But I want to make it to level 1000. Going BSI, it will take me tens of thousands. Go this route, and you'll be fish eggs in the sea, for a long time to come. Add money, and the sky's the limit. Question - Are you under the impression I followed this guide, verbatim? Maybe that could help me understand where your coming from!

Again - Casino Royale/Pirate Booty are the events I'm interested in. Also do you know Hector/Blinks stats at 8*? Smh if I told you, you'd definitely want them. Especially Blink, and eff her critical. Her critical stinks, as does Hector's boss damage

Go figure.
lol, im not "worried" about your money. if you saw my account you would know i have plenty of money to blow.... anyways.....

[QUOTE=Shai Parks;53571]DvEight - You have a person with 2k energy, and 1k stamina! How long will it take them to beat a BSI, if they spend weekly, but only in refills? I'll help you a little bit, it only takes a refill and a half for me to level currently![QUOTE]

that wasnt very hard to do, didn't keep you waiting to long did i?

[QUOTE=Shai Parks;53899]Again a PL uses duel to combat a BSI guys warring. Instead of all LT's, just 5, and most powerful: Gear/Weapons, Vehicles, etc.[QUOTE]

im just gonna el oh el at this

i placed in the top 300 in the arena as a lvl 200 spending $20 on the game.... what points are you trying to make??

I never started a BSI vs LSI or anything like that, you just throw around crazy as fuck info and ideas you think might happen and I don't want people putting to much faith in your words cuz you dont really know what you are talking about

You need to work on insults, before you dish them out. Also for the record, I'm beating level 271 BSI on the regular. We use Duel, to combat BSI guys warring.

Know a little more about builds, and what they're capable of, before you chime in.
NeoStatic can't beat BSI build. She can't. Energy build is great, but you can NEVER beat someone that's a BSI build of the same level or even relatively close as long as they also have higher than a 3* epic LT.
Stop using her as your reference because your claim is unjustified.
