    What can i do to get more boss points in a boss fight?
    This is what I see when I am in a boss fight:
    1. damage in red color
    2. boss points in white color
    3. money in green color
    4. experience points in light blue
    5. alloy in purple color

    This is my strongest lieutenants according to my profile page.
    1. 1* Col Zhukov
    2. 2* Al ghal
    3. 2* Tagg
    4. 6* Penelope
    5. 2* Kate
    And that is the way they are seated. Col Zhukov and Al Ghal in the back. Tagg and Kate in the middle and Penelope in the front because she is busy leveling up.
    I have put insignias in all my top lieutenants. I haven't upgraded my insignias yet because I don't have money.

    My stat point:
    energy = 907
    stamina = 428
    attack = 9
    defence = 39
    health = 100
    The only points I put in to attack and defence is what I get from the factions. I am finished with street and still have to pay tribute to the other 3 factions.
    What can i do to get more boss points in a boss fight?
    I am a Sniper and only attack the sub boss that is enforcer.
    The skull soldier, skull elite and skull king boss give me the most boss points = 500 +- all the other bosses only 93 boss points per 40 stamina hit.

    Thank you for all your help and input.

    Simple - get stronger. You have basically no effective attack to speak of. Boss damage is related to your effective attack. It's not a linear relationship. As other have pointed out, it appears to be shaped like the arctangent function: relatively small slope for a while until you hit some threshold (which depends on the boss), then it increases more quickly over a certain range before flattening out again.

      Mdwstrnkid is right, you have to be able to pop them to make more points. But you don't have to have a really strong toon to do that, if your gear and LT's are stronger.

      Your character has all of the leveling stats high, so your boss damage will come from your LT's until your player stats are higher. But your LT's are still pretty light. You'd want 2* epics, 4* rares, 6* uncommons or 8* commons to put a dent into a boss. With your insignia maxed.

      Don't sweat it. Find bosses where you can reach the epic thresholds. Throw stam at them, keep leveling up, and you'll be able to hunt bosses in time. With those numbers, you're looking at Titan, Mastermind, the Skull jobs (Soldier, Elite, and King) and the Mafia job. Just farm them. Stay away from the Cataclysm, War Hound, and the other legendary jobs - you'll just get shrapnel. And if you don't have fun, you're doing it wrong.
      Just a bit analytical.

        This is really good advice

        If you like boss fighting a lot, take your stamina to 919 as well (property boost will take it to 1000)

        Don't limit yourself to enforcer sub-bosses, you can get some decent damage on assassin sub-bosses as sniper

        And using refills helps a lot but that's a slippery (and fun) slope

          Re: What can i do to get more boss points in a boss fight?

          This is a part of the game where I have sat down and done many benchmarks and swapping out layouts ect.

          What I can say is one the old style bosses you are able to make points much easier (pre FPS ones) also if you are willing to take more dmg doing smaller attacks add up.

          Now as LTs go, don't overlook guys like Lucas. They provide a stable boost. As for the crit LTs it's all luck but what I can say is try dumping larger Stam amounts after several attempts of no crits in a row.

          Atk power does play a roll in bosses but nothing beats just having loads of Stam to dump.

          Sniper or not you are going to get the max points dropping Stam on assassin sub-bosses

          Also if you are skillful the legendary bosses drop bullets and you can do some pretty amazing things using those and timing your refills and level ups.

            So true on the stamina. I have 2 toons I started at the same time to test bsi vs lsi theories so to speak. Bare with me, lots to read.

            My bsi reaper has 150/150/2200/300/200 for stats and seats 5*Gunner, 6*scorpion, 3*dominee, 3*king and 5* Layla(crates mainly $$) only half way through 5 starring westside. And has trouble getting maximum points off of anything but Phoenix resurrection and smaller.

            Where as my lsi sniper has 1800/1320/620/33/100, already has a 2*overkill, 2*vanquish, 5*pain, 4*conduct and 3*Kate. All from combining/fusing/free crates from last event and secret jobs. Is done 1 star on all jobs and currently 5starring Russia. When hitting bosses with this toon I can get 3rd epic threshold from everything Phoenix and below on 1 level up. If I do a higher boss, cataclysm, deadly assaassins, etc. Or a legend boss I need maybe 2 refills which will level me twice and allow me to dump 4K plus stamina on the boss.

            So I totally agree with AO, attack is nice. If you EvE or PvP some, but when it comes to bosses, more stamina is awesome and more helpful.

            For anyone curious, my reaper still can kick my snipers but in duels. Not for very much longer though I'm guessing.

              Thank you every single one of you for your input.
              Cthulu, I took your advise and attack only Assasins sub bosses and I get 100 points more.

                Re: What can i do to get more boss points in a boss fight?

                Choose your build. If you go with a leveling mg build, you can hit more, but your damage won't be as high. If you choose a PvP build (better an attack build), you'll do more damage but won't have the stamina to hit as much. Hybrid isn't recommended because you'll stunt both your leveling and attacking (so go one way or the other). Other than that, get good lts seated (some have boss boosts) and good gear. Boost your properties that boost stats. Choose the right class for the boss fight (usually assassins and snipers have the best payout, pointwise; but if it's a boss with lots of sub-bosses on screen at once, heavy will give good points, since they hit everything. If you have LTs like Valkery or Rocket, you can do loads of damage as an assassin/sniper by having the attack boost and still being able to hit everything on screen. Class determines where you have the advantage and a higher payout, as well: assassin is good against heavies but weak against enforcers, heavies are good against snipers but weak against assassins, snipers are good against enforcers but weak against heavies, enforcers are good against assassins but weak against snipers). Also, stay healed. Every time someone hits and you take counterdamage, you get points.

                  Re: What can i do to get more boss points in a boss fight?

                  A few things that you will need.
                  1) lots and lots of stamina.

                  2) high effective attack power through either high lvl combo of lts or player base stats.

                  Along with that setup you can also try the following:-
                  if you can get a multi-sub boss stage with a sniper present, select heavy class and start hitting with multi hit option on the sniper sub boss. It's a very good way to get slightly higher boss dmg. Specially when more than 2 sub bosses are alive.

                  Rest it will take patience.
                  My main has 1k stamina and pretty decently high attack power. Still can't manage more than 25-30k dmg at one go on the newer bosses. Main has 3 star reaper/Midas/3star viper/9 star John and Mia with their guns.

                  While my mini is all Lsi has 4K energy 2k stamina and using the multi hit strategy above I get easily double if not triple the dmg by main does. Instead of strong base attack I have 7 star hector/blink, 5 star Kate 9 star John and 9 star Mia.

                  So have patience and get stronger. Till then hit bosses you can get best points on, it's a good way to get better Chem packs and insignias you can as well.
