    Dubai

What if the richest Arabian princes cannot buy something with all the money in the world? A priceless painting in the Louvre, or a top secret government prototype technology? There's a solution. Hire Azura and her Sand Corsairs. Unfortunately, they stole from the wrong person. They stole from YOU.

The Sand Corsairs have hijacked your prized superyacht, the 'Absolution', off the coast of Greece. Track down these elusive killers in Dubai and remind everyone who runs the world.

The Golden Ticket (20en/26xp/$30-36,000) Dubai's inner circle of royalty, oil dealers, and power brokers is invitation only - but Sara has all the hookups for times like these. Don't ask her how she got you into their good graces, just suit up your infiltration team and get them into the secret meeting at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club. A View to Kill For (20en/17xp/$38-51,000) Your INFIL team did a killer job and made a strong impression on Dubai's six ruling families, who would like to curry your favour. The Emir has invited you to stay at the new Royal Dubai City Center, a beautiful oasis ringed by massive crystal lakes of mineral water imported from the French Alps. Set up your forward base of operations while living in opulent style. Killer Queens (22en/20xp/$34-61,000) The Emir's personal assassins are known as the "Sisters". Exotic, beautiful, and deadly, they are keeping a close eye on your activities - hidden behind their veils and with cloaked histories, you have no clue who they are. Send your trackers and spies to their secret underground nightclub, where they lead their uncovered double lives. Find out who they are and who they really work for... Burn Baby Burn (22en/25xp/$37-43,000) All work and no play makes for a boring crime boss life. Go check out EDM Superstar's show in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition center - his onstage live pyrotechnics are so over the top, you can pretty much gun down your targets in there and nobody will notice. Get the hint? Pretender (22en/18xp/$28-54,000) Assign one of your talented agents to disguise herself as socialite heiress Miss K, who is scheduled to make one of her infamous black card shopping sprees. Her enormous social network and connections to the Middle Eastern underworld will net you invaluable intel. Gather information on all the power players in the country. Caviar (24en/21xp/$30-37,000) Caviar is Iran's priciest export, not oil. Your intel has revealed that the key importer of this luxurious dish to Dubai is also responsible for laundering the money plundered from your superyacht. Lace his favorite afternoon snack with a neurotoxin and kidnap him. His knowledge will lead you closer to your revenge. Golden Dragons (24en/26xp/$34-44,000) GMO golden-scaled komodos have been the latest luxury craze with even low-grade breeds of these enormous reptiles fetching tens of millions of dollars. There is a young sheik who owns the world's rarest breeding pair, and the female is known as 'The mother of all dragons'. Obviously they're super cool, and yes, you are going to steal them. Livin' Large (19en/21xp/$24-54,000) The meeting point for team's strike force is at the seven star hotel with the best infinity pool in the world. Let's take advantage of the opportunity before you get down to business. Mingle with the diplomats, dignitaries, and celebrities to expand your sphere of influence. Assassins Bleed (25en/26xp/$30-55,000) Your hard work has finally led you to one fo the culprits behind your hijacked superyacht - the young Sheik. Send your death squad to impersonate his Sand Corsairs, an elite assassin's agency. Infiltrate them from behind enemy lines, and weaken them from the inside. Diamond Run (25en/23xp/$39-53,000) Hit him where it hurts... an eye for an eye. The Young Sheik doesn't quite have a superyacht, but he does own the world's most expensive (and tackiest) diamond encrusted supercar. Hijack it, and send him the steering wheel with a dagger in it. Autopia (21en/20xp/$27-47,000) While you're at it, steal all of the sheik's cars and race them through the desert surrounding Abu Dhabi. When you are done having fun, you will be hosting the world's most expensive automobile bonfire. Cashout (18en/17xp/$21-54,000) With all the media attention on your exotic burning car show, all of the Sheik's security forces and his Sand Assassins are busy chasing you around the country. His precious banks are vulnerable and ripe for looting. Double Agents (22en/20xp/$24-60,000) Now that there are signs of weakness in the Young Sheik's power structure, his investors and backers are wavering in the financial support for him. Take advantage of this and flip some loyalties while he is down. Skybomb (17en/21xp/$33-38,000) Serve up some explosive mayhem to the remaining rivals who haven't converted to your alliance. Send a message by swapping out a tennis ball with a bomb during one of their lunchtime games. Bacchanalia (21en/23xp/$33-50,000) Deep in a hidden oasis is yearly invite-only extravagant party for Dubai's billionaire rich kids. You have followed the 'Sisters' trail to this location and uncovered the recruiting grounds for the Sand Corsairs. Last Man Standing (20en/23xp/$30-43,000) Wipe out any remaining economic wealth and power for the Sand Corsairs. Send your hitmen to their board meeting at his headquarters, and instate your own puppet CEO to run your new oil empire. Big Guns (26en/26xp/$35-55,000) The HQ has revealed a treasure trove of information leading you directly to the Sand Corsairs safehouse and armory. Take the best hardware, and sell the rest on the black market. Prepare yourself for the final showdown!

    Japan

The Four Deadly Assassins once served only the Nisho family, the most prominent Yakuza group in Japan. After the capture and execution of their leader by the Japanese government, the Assassins splintered into a separate rogue organization. Loyalties unbound, and no longer with a sense of higher purpose, they have sown chaos in the Japanese underworld and ruthlessly executed all their enemies and rivals. Using their seemingly endless resources and stolen military technology, the Assassins and their Shinobi army have manufactured a series of bipedal war-machines known as the 'Black Hornets'. You must take control of Japan before the rest of Asia falls to these mechanized creations and their secretive overlords.

Shinkansen Fight (25en/25xp/$41-60,000) Your first objective is to board the bullet train and meet up with a Japanese ally. Someone derailed the train going at 200mph into the mountain. You made your way up to the roof and found a group of hostile men waiting for you. Geisha House (20en/22xp/$30-52,000) You will first need to gather intel on the your opponents. The yakuza has ties to a particular geisha house located in Asakusa. These ladies are not only masters of entertainment, but they're trained to assassinate target clients. At a show, the dancer opens up her umbrella, showering you with poisoned needles. Pachinko (26en/22xp/$56-85,000) The Pachinko parlor are Yakuza owned. The geisha told you this particular parlor has the most Yakuza foot traffic. In the secret karaoke room, you will find tatted yakuza men singing. Guns, Grubs and Guts (28en/26xp/$55-70,000) Need an illegal animal part? a bazooka? How about a kidney? You discovered one of Japan's many black market gachapon machine hotspots. They're not just for kids! Capsule Hotel (30en/34xp/$39-61,000) You found a nearby hotel to rest, but a motorcycle gang loitering outside was being rude. You don't take disrespect from anybody. Lock them up in the capsules and gas them! Maid Cafe (26en/28xp/$44-52,000) The Nikko family has several business dealings with several fetish-oriented industries. In fact, they're opening up a new maid cafe in Akihabara. Time to pay your respects and force theirs. Dorikin (25en/23xp/$50-70,000) In its natural habitat deep in the mountains, some can hear the growl of a monstrous 6.3 SpecX twin turbo engine. It howls down the mountain path as its blow-off valve goes off. Only a few has seen it, but none has ever caught it. AKA the Drift King, Dorikin has challenged you. It is and honor to accept it. Attack at Tokyo Tower (30en/29xp/$48-76,000) After the disastrous earthquake, Tokyo Tower replicas are built all over Japan to battle communication difficulties. No longer needed for communications, the Yakuza took use of the towers as part of their plan to take over Asia. In the heat of battle, you intercept and decrypt a signal from the Yakuza HQ. It mentions an unstoppable army that is ready to be created harnessing the power of a great fire. Dojo Showdown (24en/22xp/$51-72,000) The Nissho Kobukan Dojo specifically caters to yakuza's training on an island. Show them up with your tactical fighting skills and new disciples will follow you. Choking Hazard (23en/20xp/$50-80,000) The Yakuza has their personal staff of master sushi chefs. One of which no longer wants Yakuza affiliation, agrees with your help to poison Yakuza members. He prepares the puffer fish sashimi delicacy which has been contaminated with its own tetrodotoxin. Bamboo Torture (31en/31xp/$55-71,000) Some POWs have been captured, you adopted the Japanese's method of torture using fast growing bamboos under the victim's body. These genetically-modified bamboos grow a foot every hour! You were able to reveal a horrific plan that the Yakuza is building an army.. of metal. The Forest of Death (32en/33xp/$45-80,000) Its name is due to the sheer amount of suicides that occur here. It is known to lose even the most hardcore survivalist as the forest seems to be ever changing. Rumors have it that a clan of shadow warriors roams here; they are tied to the Yakuza. Speaking of which, where did half your men go? Ise Grand Shrine (26en/30xp/$40-49,000) A clue may be found about the origins of the Nissho family at the most important shrine to the Sun Goddess, Amaterasu. Don't let the surrounding tranquility fool you, your every move is still being watched. Japanese Garden (25en/22xp/$60-70,000) Your men discovered what seemed to be an abandoned pre-WW2 Japanese Tea Garden. Here you will find a clue to the Yakuza's history. Onsen Hot Springs (23en/20xp/$55-85,000) The macaques at the hot springs are generally peaceful little critters, at least they were until someone stole their stash of hot spring eggs. The Great Buddha Statue (27en/30xp/$36-60,000) This Statue of Buddha has a hidden passage that will lead you to the Yakuza's secret HQ where the mechs are being built. You need to stop them before the army is complete. Mount Fuji (25en/25xp/$36-55,000) The Yakuza spent the last half of a century building war-mech prototypes utilizing thermal energy of Mt. Fuji... right where their factory is located.

    Las Vegas

Sin City ... legendary home to beautiful people, endless parties, gambling, and over-the-top vice and debauchery. What better way to kick off your triumphant return to the States? Rumours have gotten out that the elusive Polaris Diamond has been spotted in the hands of a ruthless casino mogul, better known as 'Big Boss'. He has somehow gotten his hands on this flawless 180 carat beast and is not shy about letting everyone know. You have your own plans for Las Vegas and this priceless beauty, and it's time to put your pieces into play.

The Debut (25en/26xp/$41-60,000) The hottest rap star, Tyrone Richie, is hosting a private event at the top nightclub in Vegas. Guaranteed to be trouble... he has requested a favor of you by hiring your world-class security team. Deliverance (22en/19xp/$60-100,000) A rival crew is trying to kidnap Tyrone Richie, a rapper who is under your protection. Drop the bastards with style - send your assassins on muscle rods to enforce your message. Expedite the Goods (23en/24xp/$34-55,000) Word has gotten out on the streets about your arrival in Vegas. The Big Boss, grateful for the rescue of his favorite rapper, calls for a celebration. To further impress the Boss, you put out an order for all three known bottles of an exceedingly rare whiskey. It is to be delivered in a vintage supercar that is as valuable as the whiskey. Bachelor Party (28en/26xp/$62-75,000) Rapper Tyrone Richie is having his live debut at the bachelor party. The Big Boss has agents in the party who also happen to work as show girls. While everyone is heavily intoxicated, you get your charming uncle to seduce the ladies for details on the Polaris Diamond. Lazer Frenzy (30en/33xp/$39-61,000) EDM is huge in Vegas. DJ 'Lil Friend' and his crew have dropped into town, and they will be performing at the year's biggest event, which you have bankrolled. Rivals are trying to sabotage your business, going as far as replacing the lasers with real military-grade lasers. Make sure nobody messes up your business, you need to make your name and reputation known in the city! Surprise (25en/27xp/$44-52,000) The Big Boss' daughter has requested that you send a 'surprise gift' to one of her high ranking officers. You normally don't deal with trivial requests, but she is the best source of information on the Polaris Diamond. The Greatest Trick (26en/29xp/$28-65,000) A famous illusionist owes a great deal of money to the Big Boss for supporting his act in his early days. He is known for disappearing when confronted about the debt. You ruin his career permanently by replacing his white doves with thousands of rapid meat-eating sparrows! Area 52 (23en/21xp/$58-76,000) Also known as Tonopah Test Range(TTR), this restricted military installation holds nuclear weapons and other secret experimental weapons. Send your top lieutenants to conduct a raid to steal valuable research and resources! Shiny New Toys (28en/30xp/$46-58,000) Bribe more henchmen by giving them shining new cars. One of your newly acquired accomplices informas you that she knows where the Polaris Diamond is hidden. She's been tasked to keep the jewel safe by the Big Boss himself, and now you're going to set your targets on her. Sh-Sh-Shaarrk! (24en/26xp/$30-60,000) One of your business partners has gotten cold feet and is trying to cheat you out of your profits. Take them to the massive casino aquarium and feed them to the great white shark! Panther Bears (32en/32xp/$62-71,000) The Boss' daughter's obsessive fascination with exotic animals has gone too far. She demands that you use your connections to capture the only known pair of newly discovered species of bears - for which she will reward you greatly. Desert Silence (30en/28xp/$65-85,000) Deep under Sin City, there exists a labyrinth of flood tunnels and massive caves. Big Boss has built a secret underground mansion, where your presence has been requested. Your mission: to gain the Big Boss's favor by silencing a double agent who is living within the mansion. Bling King (26en/24xp/$68-89,000) Las Vegas' hottest club, Club Virgil, is the epitome of what Vegas is all about. Not only is it exclusive to celebrities and billionaires, this club newly features the Polaris Diamond in an impenetrable display suspended high up in the air. Bunny Hop (25en/27xp/$34-65,000) The heist is not only failed, but resulted in your duplicity being discovered. The Boss knows of your plan and got all his men to evacuate the club with the Polaris through the adjacent club. Make sure your men don't get distracted from the chase! The Strip (25en/23xp/$55-77,000) The distraction has let the Big Boss' men escape with the Polaris. They peel away in their trademark jet-powered cars. the only way to catch them is to fight jet-power with jet-power. It just so happens that you have a jet-pack prototype that you can test out. The Macallan (28en/26xp/$72-96,000) The unsuccessful chase has led you to their mega casino, The Macallan. The casino is so tall, it is said you could see the Nevada border from all sides on the top. Their HQ is the core of their territory, so prepare for anything. Inside is where the Polaris awaits you. Get to the Chopper! (24en/26xp/$32-55,000) You battle your way up to the penthouse of the casino, where Big Boss is waiting for you with armed guards. By the time you clear his bodyguards, he is already retreating to the rooftop, along with the Polaris Diamond. He's escaping on a helicopter to his underground lair - follow him!

    Mexico

The fame and power of the Mexican cartels have attracted your attention. Decades of war and attrition among the factions have left them vulnerable, paving the way for the rise of a new power - The Death Cartel. This younger, technologically advanced organization is led by a group of ex-military supersoldiers. Their obsession with violence and mortality is legendary. It is rumored that the mere mention of the cartel's name in public, marks you for death. To take control of Mexico, you must defeat the Death Cartel and break their stranglehold on the country.

Tijuana Allstars (23en/26xp/$39-46,000) First order of business in Mexico is to steal the Death Cartel's most prized possession, their supercar. It is protected by blacked-out Velociraptor trucks with 50 .cal mounted guns. Trollie (24en/25xp/$41-50,000) Cartel assassins have captured some of your men. The cartel informed you (and the rest of the world) of your loss via popular social media. Hostage Rescue (21en/23xp/$33-44,000) The cartel is forcing your captured men to fight each other to the death. Rescue your men and jet ski your way out on the aquaduct! Beauty Pageant (31en/30xp/$62-72,000) You busted a gang of beauty pageant contestants after they attempted to smuggle heavy miltary-grade weapns into Mexico. The queen is as deadly as she is beautiful. Canyon Bull Run (29en/33xp/$40-59,000) News of your presence in Mexico has put the cartel on high alert. Your men were caught on the narrow canyon path with 50 bulls charging to wards you set off by the cartel! Suicide Mission (24en/24xp/$44-52,000) A civilian driving a flaming bus loaded with explosives detonated in a nearby location of your territory, leaving behind a lot of wreckage. It appeared the driver was forced to take this suicide mission. Corruption (25en/29xp/$32-55,000) Your men witnessed a cop pulling over an important political figure and kidnapping him. Rescue the politician! Interrogation (23en/21xp/$59-75,000) You caught a member of the cartel and interrogated him for information. He claims to know that the cartel has been recruiting ex-military elite forces who turned against the country for blood and money. They're highly trained assassins who should not be underestimated. Training Facility (27en/30xp/$47-58,000) Your spy drone has information on a possible large enemy hideout. Send a small team to access the area at night. Where you're going, you're gonna need your wing suit again. Elite Soldiers (24en/23xp/$43-62,000) The hideout turns out to be one of their biggest training facilities for corrupted elite soldiers. You caught the elite soldiers in the middle of their training. The elite forces are described to be wearing brightly colored face paint and terrifyingly skilled at creating destruction. Pinata Horror (34en/31xp/$82-91,000) An anonymous messenger delivers a piأ±ata to your nephew's birthday party that is loaded with candy and severed heads. This is a welcome gift from the cartels. Last Stand (29en/28xp/$64-80,000) In a losing battle between you empire and the cartel, your dying men are cornered on top of the temple when suddenly backup arrives. The cartel retreats! Day of the Dead (33en/31xp/$72-87,000) It so happens to be the day of the dead, and your exhausted men could use some time to recover. Those men eyeballing you hard, however, don't seem to be enjoying the festival. Baja (25en/22xp/$74-85,000) You check your rear-view mirror and see a massive sandstorm following you. As the sand subsides, it reveals a behemoth off-road cargo vehicle. This is how they smuggle goods across the desert so effectively. Mariachi Surprise (31en/33xp/$49-67,000) Some of the cartel officials have demanded a mariachi band to play at their mansion party. Pose as their favorite band and pack your bazooka! Into the Sunset (26en/24xp/$55-68,000) Ditch those noisy vehicles! You need to quietly sneak close to the cartel for an ambush. Those donkeys look very useful. Death Cartel (24en/26xp/$33-51,000) The successful ambush made a blast that caused the infrastructure beneath you to collapse and now the battle rages in a colossal underground pit. As guns run dry, your mean and the cartel pick up heavy melee weapons and finish the fight!

    France

When you robbed the Swiss Bank, deep inside the most fortified bank vault you did not find any gold... only an old scripture.
The scripture is a map and it details the existence and location of an ancient and powerful relic worth more than any amount of gold - The Holy Grail.

The Hunt (28en/30xp/$45-51,000) The scripture you acquired contains a list of relics that when retrieved will unlock a key for the final prize. Your first stop is an old temple deep in the forest. Black Order (24en/28xp/$31-35,000) You noticed someone is watching you. Your men confront him, and he attacks you and flees! You catch a glimpse of the tattoo on his neck - a red cross. Ancient Relic (24en/21xp/$58-68,000) Clues from the scripture have led you to a famous palace. Organize a break-in and obtain the first relic. High End Shopping (26en/30xp/$33-40,000) Still being watched, you track your stalkers into a luxury goods store. The pursuit breaks out into a gun fight. Who else is after the relics? Distractions (32en/34xp/$52-65,000) You receive a text from your distant cousin asking if you want to go fishing. Frustrated after weeks of searching for the next relic without any progress, you abort the mission and meet up at the fishing spot with 600 lbs of dynamite. The rest and relaxation allows you to find the next relic. Flight (22en/20xp/$40-50,000) The next relic is located in a castle on an island, only accessible via parachute. Wingsuits, anyone? Burning Barn (25en/27xp/$39-52,000) On your way to the next relic, the same tattooed men corner you into a burning barn house. Your men are engulfed in flames!! Luckily you escape with the relic. Guillotine (26en/30xp/$38-45,000) The next relic is located in a modern-day castle... made entirely of iron! The Iron Castle - nothing can penetrate its walls. Nothing except this giant sawblade crawler! Chateux (27en/25xp/$55-65,000) You make your way to the Iron Castle protected by a certain Mr. Goose. This castle may be too heavily guarded to be breached the conventional way. Time to make use of the newest addition to your arsenal! The 4th Relic (24en/22xp/$55-62,000) After finding a clue to the next relic, you were spotted by the authorities. Make your escape! Macguyver (25en/29xp/$37-48,000) You hide in an abandoned airport from the authorities. You need to meet up with the rest of the gang, but the rendezvous point is in enemy territory. Using the material available, turn one of the non-op planes into a vehicle for your men. Tour de France (30en/28xp/$60-71,000) The clue to the next relic is at the finish line of the Tour de France. You must get there first before your new rivals. River Seine (28en/30xp/$42-60,000) Over the next few weeks, your encounters with the tattooed men are more frequent and eventually escalate into a full battle near the Seine river. In the distance you see a giant shadowy figure observing you. River Hunter (23en/20xp/$58-69,000) The next relic requires you to go underwater. Good thing you have that high-tech submarine left over from that job in Russia. Final Relic (24en/21xp/$70-80,000) The clue has brought you to the Louvre, where the relic is located in plain sight at the top of the pyramid. The Forging (24en/26xp/$35-42,000) The final piece is not a relic, but a destination. The instructions tell you to lay all the relics together in a pile on top of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as you do, a storm approaches and lightning strikes the tower causing the relics to simultaneously melt and form into a reflective Medallion. When the sky clears and the moonlight reflects off the Medallion at the top of the Eiffel Tower, a beam of light reveals the location of the Knights Templar Lair! There you will find the Holy Grail... Tempest (25en/23xp/$60-70,000) Hidden deep below the city is a magnificent lair with high ceilings and a hall larger than any known castle - a place to house an incredible army. Prepare yourself for battle!

    London
Despite London's notoriously strict gun laws, crime within the city is at an all-time high. Your agents in the city report back of a covert organization called 'The Revenants' deeply rooted within London's underworld, secretly supplying high caliber weapons to their criminal allies for the past decades. They now plan to utilize biological weapons in a grand scheme to wipe out the entirety of Great Britain and reform it as a haven for criminals - a haven you would prefer to possess yourself. This is your golden opportunity to seize control and expand your empire.

The Drunken Arm (20en/17xp/$,000) An abundance of delicious ale in this pub is not enough to keep the peace at this hour. Your men are accused of cheating in an arm-wrestling match, and now a brawl breaks out. Can't Catch Me (28en/23xp/$,000) With many dark pockets in Hyde park, you easily lose your enemies behind as you run to safety. Eye Debrief (23en/22xp/$,000) Your agent infiltrating the secret organization has left you a message hidden inside a capsule in the London Eye. Activate the hologram for the debrief. That's Not My Name (26en/23xp/$,000) Have your insider change anything information about your empire from the enemy's network. Make sure he reveals the enemy's lair. Spy Surprise (17en/19xp/$,000) Your internal agent is discovered when he tries to steal valuable intelligence from the enemy. He's surrounded by armed men! Missiles Activated! (22en/20xp/$,000) Steal one of your enemy's spy cars and hope that your driver can skillfully dodge missiles from enemy spy cars. Bring your agent home safe! Final Debrief (25en/26xp/$,000) Debriefing your insider has finally revealed all of the moles in your empire. Summon all of them into your sound-proof meeting room, and lock all of the doors. The Manhunt at the Palace (20en/21xp/$,000) One of the enemy spies has somehow escaped! He's been spotted running towards the Palace of Westminster. Send in the aviation search team! Double Time (20en/20xp/$,000) The enemy agent is spotted on the arm of Big Ben! Shoot him down before he escapes! Minor Turbulence (19en/22xp/$,000) The agency wars continue. Your sources tell you of the ultra-luxury airplane used by high-ranking enemey (sic) agents to travel to and from places. Carefully plant a bomb inside one of the turbines engines. The Bulldog Umbrella (24en/22xp/$,000) You track an enemy agent into this umbrella shop front that leads you underground into one of their hideouts. Spy Toys! (26en/23xp/$,000) You have struck gold inside their hidden room. Lighters, ties, shoes, pens -- All spy gadgets just like in the movies. Wet Dream (24en/25xp/$,000) Your mission here is to revive this historic ship and get it armed and ready for the next battle. DDBDB (22en/22xp/$,000) What's twenty times better than a driveby? A Double Decker Bus Drive By with 20 armed men! The Dead Don't Snitch (21en/24xp/$,000) Moe McSquealey snitched on your men. Time to zip those lips for good and dump the body inside of Stonehenge. Arch Battle (23en/24xp/$,000) Your men have been intercepted by the enemies on your way to the lair! Use their own technology against them! Secret Lair (26en/25xp/$,000) Deep in the mountains lies an enormous underground alir surrounded by man-made shark tanks! You interrupted their final adjustment to their plans for domination!

    Hong Kong

Hong Kong, one of the most densely populated cities in the world, is the core financial center of Asia. Not surprisingly, this is where the Syndicate's influence and power run deep. This prosperous city can be yours, but first you must eliminate the Dragon Core. Work your way through the streets of Hong Kong and infiltrate your way into the billion dollar mega casinos of Macau. You'll need to be smart and connected to earn the big payout.

Counterfeit (24en/26xp/$45-51,000) Super luxury cars seems to be very popular among the affluent citizens of Hong Kong. Set up a base of operations in the northern area of HK. Produce knock-offs using a third of the resources it would normally take. The locals will never know it. Make some easy cash, then expand towards the remainder of this bustling city. Dragon Boat (25en/30xp/$31-35,000) Local triads have gathered together for the annual dragon boat race. Winner takes home $100K plus instant recognition within the community. You must enter and win at all costs if you want to get your name out there. Lucky Statue (26en/24xp/$66-71,000) It is said that the statue of Bruce Lee brings luck in winning battles. Obtain the statue. Careful, there are guards everywhere! Formula 3 (22en/25xp/$33-40,000) Your counterfeit car business is thriving. With the earnings, you buy a Formula Three racing team. While scouting the track, you discovered that the A-Ma Temple is actually a good shortcut to take while racing your F3 car. Trishaw (30en/30xp/$55-70,000) To blend in as much as possible with the locals, you have been riding on trishaws... with a hidden V8 engine under the seat and drag-racing tires. Don't worry, the noise from all the cars around you will mask the sound of your engine. Night Markets (24en/27xp/$29-41,000) Get your crew to start street fights all over town, and capture it on video. Sell these recordings to martial art movie directors for their authenticity. Sky Towers (25en/26xp/$38-50,000) HK is full of skyscrapers. Build the king of skyscrapers and don't forget to apply the art of Feng Shui. This will surely paint a positive image of yourself in this city. Surprise Attack (24en/26xp/$$36-45,000) A top detective has traced some illegal practices to you and your crew. Word has it that he enjoys riding on the city's bi-cable aerial ride when he needs a break from work. Fire an RPG at him on his next visit there. No spirit money is necessary. Stock Exchange (24en/27xp/$80-95,000) Have your "insider" bug the HK stock exchange, so your rival's business goes bankrupt. This leaves your skyscraper, and empire, on top. Massage Parlor (25en/23xp/$51-59,000) One of your men discovered a massage parlor owned by triads on your new turf. Burn it down, there is no happy ending here. Black Market (28en/31xp/$37-48,000) You agreed with a local mineral dealer to deliver black nuggets to a secret den. These black nuggets are worth half as much as gold. Wall Off (32en/32xp/$65-76,000) Set up road blocks on the Tsing Ma bridge to keep your rivals' back up from advancing into the city. You must protect this large shipment of black nuggets from your enemies. Theme Park (27en/32xp/$32-40,000) An assassin in a mouse costume tries to murder you on your visit to this established theme park. Looks like your enemies don't want you to partner up with another business giant. The Getaway (26en/27xp/$42-55,000) You didn't do a good job blending in with the locals. The V8 in your trishaw gave it away. And now, men on motorcycles are after you. It's a good thing you packed some extra weapons inside your ride. Final Stop (27en/23xp/$90-100,000) You have expanded your territory to nearly all of the city. Move on to neighbor, Macau. Wipe out the remaining triad who have not joined your empire. The Dragon Core Syndicate is the only thing standing between you and total domination of HK. Mah Jong (25en/23xp/$58-67,000) Your tech lab creates a set of explosive Mah Jong tiles out of mercury fulminate. Your assassins use it to sabotage a game between four of your high rolling rivals, leaving you in charge of the Hong Kong underworld. The Dragon Core (29en/31xp/$45-52,000) The Dragon Core is waiting for you at their lair, a mega casino! Do you have what it takes to conquer them?

    Colombia

After the fall of the notorious cartel leader long ago, it opened a door for many of his rivals. The successor is known as the Blood Berets. Red for blood, they sport the color red in their gear or weapons. The Kingpin's obsession with blood and creativity often lead to an exquisite bloodbath using the blood of their enemies. Unlike the Mexican Cartel, the Colombian Kingpin's mansion lies in the dense jungle where, along with his unique guerilla tactics, it gives him an unbeatable advantage.

Cargo Drop (27en/30xp/$43-63,000) Your mission to deliver a package to Colombia failed when your drop ship ventured too close to the Blood Berets territory and is under attack. Your men need to cut the precious cargo loose from the ship. Caww! Bad Men! (24en/30xp/$49-73,000) Your trained parrot brought your hitman to where the Blood Beret officials are heading in an air lift. Interrogate them and off them quick. Festive Shooter (26en/26xp/$55-71,000) Your favorite hitman loves a good opportunity to assassinate. What is a better time than during one of the biggest festivals held in a major city? Humming Bird (25en/30xp/$58-77,000) Your interrogation informs you that the Blood Berets has developed a soundless, bladeless helicopter prototype that they planned to use to transport goods to the US. Farm Storm (20en/20xp/$50-68,000) You raided one of their plantations and freed the forced laborers. They will never forget this. Toyed Soldiers (21en/22xp/$43-63,000) You tracked down the source of their U.S. imported weapons and replaced them with toy replicas. The Swap (26en/25xp/$47-70,000) Your men negotiated successfully for the release of your captured men i exchange for dirty money. Bugged Villages (27en/28xp/$48-65,000) This fake village is equipped with detectors and heat seekers that can see your men from miles away. The only way to get close is if your men go under the Amazon River. Break (30en/30xp/$54-77,000) Need a recovery? Relax and have a tropical drink. But don't let your guard down! Primate Rampage (30en/27xp/$36-52,000) The Blood Berets are breeding monkeys as scouts. Their scientists are feeding them unknown enhancements that allow them to stay alert for months without food or sleep. Mansion Ambush (22en/23xp/$59-74,000) The Kingpin ambushed you while you were enjoying your stay at one of the finest mansions in Colombia. Hidden Lead (25en/30xp/$40-55,000) Your men found hidden vehicles that belong to the Blood Berets. Search them for any information that leads to the Blood Berets. Man Eater (20en/21xp/$43-65,000) These mutant piranhas love the taste of human flesh, but that doesn't stop your sick uncle from pulling a prank on the new recruits. Jungle Struggle (25en/30xp/$57-76,000) The Anti-Cartel paramilitary rebels arrived to help you through this jungle as thanks for saving the laborers. They may not be equipped with hi-tech gear, but they know the jungle more than anyone. Most importantly, they know where the Blood Berets HQ is. Firewall (28en/29xp/$43-68,000) You created a wall of fire to seal off any BB members from flanking your men. Now is the time to attack! Runway Trouble (25en/23xp/$40-65,000) With no fuel left, your pilot crash-landed the plane close to where the Blood Beret's HQ is hidden. On foot, your rebel forces will guide you to the HQ from here. Unexpected Guests (28en/29xp/$40-60,000) You've arrived in the Blood Beret's HQ deep in the jungle. Your overconfidence in liberating their HQ is shattered when the HQ's home defense wipes out most of your air support.

    Amsterdam

Your Italian expansion has been a success, and the next logical step is to establish a base in Amsterdam.
With its prime location as the trade hub of new EU, this Dutch city and its rich history have attracted the interest of multinational criminal empires.
The Koningen, or 'Kings' are the top players here. Founded by ex-special forces and fiercely loyal, they have been foiling your initial attempts to establish your empire from remote. Put some boots on the ground and crush their will!

Interception (17en/16xp/$34-37,000) You arrive in Amsterdam ready to expand, but you'll have to get your hands on some goods to distribute. Hijack the local gang's stock! Trishaw (23en/24xp/$49-73,000) Trying to distribute your newfound inventory has turned into a race for your life. Those thugs you screwed over found you and want their stuff back. Protect your new foothold! Canal Mayhem (26en/26xp/$37-54,000) Picking up new recruits along the canal, you run into some Koningen thugs. Let's test out your primo UWE-Sideswiper 2000. Blow 'em out of the water and show what happens to those who come into your waters. Club King (,/$36-41,000) You decide to launder some of that new cash into some local businesses. Make sure that you keep the money flow coming by keeping the riff raff out. De Fenix (,/$26-54,000) The coffee shop is in need of more stock. You offer your supply, for a price of course. Race Wars (,/$32-37,000) Amsterdam has some of the best streets for F1 racing. You love a good show, so bust out your own UWE-Rapt0r8 and show 'em whose king! Mercs (22en/26xp/$41-59,000) Your empire is growing and as the pieces come together, you need some personal lackeys to keep everything in order. Send out word that you are hiring only the best and brightest for your organization. Eminent Domain (28en/25xp/$22-52,000) You need some real estate to start a new venture. These farm lands are rich with grain but the owners won't sell. Guess you have to convince them to move... Greenhouse Raid (28en/21xp/$39-50,000) Old Farmer James was stashing some of the 'the good stuff' for the Koningen out here. What was once theirs, is now yours to sell and make profits! Dutch Distillery (25en/21xp/$46-53,000) Found an underground chamber full of distillery equipment. Fresh grains, hops, and a little funding won't hurt to fuel this new side business for you. Windmill Punch (24en/25xp/$35-36,000) Some Koningen thugs think they can take back what they lost from you. Better show 'em you don't have time for partners in crime! Pain and Gain (20en/23xp/$49-55,000) Your numbers are a little low, take out some bets on some of the best fighters in the city and convince them you'll pay them double to fight for you. Brand Brawl (22en/26xp/$42-49,000) Looks liek the new drink from your distillery is the rage of the town. Some loyal Koningen Biker gang thought this would be a good night to send a message, too bad they got too deep in the sauce to put up a decent fight. Imminent Danger (23en/22xp/$31-62,000) One of your men is being held hostage for ransom. Gotta get to him before he starts to blab! Kingsday (24en/26xp/$27-54,000) A high ranking Koningen Enforcer will be in the orange crowd today, celebrating King's Day. Dispatch your best sharpshooter to take off his crown! Boost (22en/20xp/$41-50,000) Old habits die hard. Your love for hijacking exotic supercars might be your undoing one day. Today is not that day. Riot Control (26en/26xp/$35-55,000) Crooked cops on the Koningen payroll trace your little festival kill back to you. You aren't leaving at any cost. Better show 'em who now rules the streets!

    Italy

Word goin' around the underground is that a big heist is about to take place somewhere in Italy. Lots of factions involved, including corrupt officials: this is a global, multinational operation. Joey Pepperoni is in town to help you out. Find the Mastermind behind it all.

Warm Welcome (20en/25xp/$19-22,500) Your enforcers need to take control of this island so that you have a foothold in the Meditteranean. Wipe out the old families, you need no friends here. Hostile Takeover (22en/24xp/$24-28,500) Now that you control the black market shipping lanes, it is time to make headway onto the peninsula. Base Trade (25en/30xp/$23,500-28,500) With this villa as your new headquarters in Italy, you can set about conquering the rest of the island. F1 (28en/26xp/$53-63,500) Why would anyone want to blow up a Ferrari? An unidentified Italian benefactor has placed a massive bounty on this rival country's vehicle, and so you oblige. Vespa Violence (30en/32xp/$48,500-58,500) Your hit men have mastered the art of the Vespa drive-by. Send them to kill off all your rivals. Bombing Run (22en/23xp/$47,500-57,000) With this car bomb you will have taken out nearly all the Sicilian mob leaders. There is only one left. Eye of the Storm (20en/23xp/$27-32,500) Clear out the remaining opposition. You now own half the territory in the country... The Canals (24en/22xp/$39-46,500) Mysterious men chase you through Venice as you survey your new territory. Fight them off. Art Heist (28en/30xp/$45,500-54,500) An extremely high paying job has been made available. You go with your best thieves to carry it out. Betrayal (21en/24xp/$28-34,000) Police drive Lambourghinis here. Somebody has tipped them off to your art heist. Ambush (26en/24xp/$63-76,000) As you return to your villa after eluding the police, your men are jumped in the courtyard. Ambush 2 (32en/35xp/$47,500-57,000) As your bodyguards fight off the enemies, you make your way to the safety of your HQ. Mayhem (25en/27xp/$30-36,000) This trap must be the work of your mysterious Italian benfactor. Deus Ex Machina (18en/22xp/$17-20,000) Your backup appears, to clear out the ambushers. Vengeance (22en/26xp/$35,500-43,000) The battle rages on in the streets, as you race across the country to take the fight to your enemy's doorstep. The Assault (24en/25xp/$35-43,000) You take the battle to the doorstep of your final rival. He is prepared for your arrival. Old Foes (25en/30xp/$23,500-28,500) Mysterious foes from the past appear under a new leader, hungry for revenge.

    SoCal

You receive a panicked phone call from an old friend, Oscar. Oscar tells you that he is in trouble and the line goes dead before you receive any more information. After many failed attempts to reach him, you decide to fly out to find him. His last known destination is SoCal, the longstanding entertainment capital of the world, with a long history of glamour, music, and violent crime.
Word on the street is that he had a run-in with the rising powerhouse the MURDA Gang.

Brawl King (21en/20xp/$28-53,000) Find information on the Murda Gang. The best way to make someone talk is to beat it out of them.
Street Cred (23en/22xp/$37-53,000) Oscar was a respected street lord. Why would anyone take him out? Survive a Hit (26en/28xp/$17-56,000) Looks like someone has noticed all the questions you've been asking. The MURDA Gang has sent you a hello by attempting to take your life. Ego Trip (23en/23xp/$35-50,000) MURDA doesn't like how far you've come in their territory. To them, this is their town! Interrupt their stupid UETube live rap session with some gunplay! Prison Break Allies (18en/18xp/$27-37,000) You're going to need to grow your crew! Stage a riot at the state penitentiary to break out some old friends, who were put away by Alpha's schemes for revenge. Rampage City (23en/24xp/$23-54,000) Where is MURDA getting these roided-out clowns from? Take 'em down before they decimate what you've created here in SoCal. Stuntin' Hard (20en/19xp/$18-58,000) It's time to show off your outstanding motorcycle stunts! Navigate past the security details with your slick moves and claim that sweet, sweet reward inside one of MURDA's premier dens. Funeral for a Friend (28en/30xp/$21-65,000) You were too late. Oscar is dead. He was simply in the way of the expanding MURDA Gang. It was nothing personal, but it's personal to you. Cops and Allies? (28en/26xp/$45-63,000) Looks like you made some unlikely friends. They don't like you, they just hate the MURDA Gang. Badaboom (25en/25xp/$19-65,000) Oops! What a coincidence that the building you raided just happened to belong to the MURDA Gang. Flex Zone (24en/27xp/$25-42,000) Nothing commands respect as much as swaggering with your buddies in the new, fully-loaded luxury SUV UE2000, complete with the nifty gatling gun mount. Sky Cannon (19en/20xp/$15-49,000) Came into some sweet tech. Need to test it out though. Why don't we pay a visit to MURDA main territory, and it just happens that their cop homies are with them. It's Twinkle Time (18en/16xp/$26-51,000) Some not-so-innocent bystanders were caught in the crossfire while fighting with MURDA. Call in the cleanup crew. I would like to request a service for a party of 24. Pits Go Nap Nap (23en/23xp/$23-57,000) Sneaking into the enemy's headquarters can be real tough when their trained killer pitbulls are guarding the vicinity. Luckily, some tasty doggy treats with added sleeping pill fillings can take care of the problem for you. Cleaner Wipeout (24en/26xp/$20-54,000) You and your crew are ambushed at a gun deal by MURDA. Who tipped them off? After this fight, you're gonna make some heads roll! Ripped to Shreds (22en/20xp/$24-65,000) Back at your hideout, MURDA brings it onto your turf. One looks you dead in the eyes, 'Alpha sent me to take out the trash!' Alpha should have sent bigger guns then. Highway Warzone (25en/25xp/$40-60,000) With your last effort to push MURDA back to get at Alpha and get revenge for Oscar, you set up road blocks along Pacific Coast Highway 1. He's messed with your plans for long enough!

    Westside

Now that you've hit Frank's financials, following the money trail takes you to the Westside, where the true scumbags live: the affluent and wealthy. Be careful here, the law enforcement is on a different payroll. You have a gut feeling that this is where your final showdown with Frank will take place.

Gather Allies (15en/18xp/$11-13500) You are at full blown war with Frank. Make new allies, you can't do this alone. Buy a Politician (16en/20xp/$12-14500) Frank's political connections has brought federal agents on you. The Mayor has introduced you to some of his friends. hey can make the problem go away, but they are not cheap. Disrupt Rival's Smuggling Ring (25en/25xp/$40-48,000) You were a good note taker when you were under Frank, and you know how to identify his shipments. You find over 50 stolen exotic cars, ready for shipment out of the country. Beautiful new toys, but you wish they were guns. Raid Enemy's Operations (21en/22xp/$34-40,000) Light the warehouse on fire with the goods still in it. Send a message, that it's not about the money. Power Struggle (19en/23xp/$14-17,000) You need allies. You need to talk to The Skull Gang. Take down Rival's Casino (25en/26xp/$35-50,000) As the months go on, you're strapped for cash. Now you wish you didn't set that warehouse on fire. Your men won't work for free. Rob Frank's casinos. You need money now! The Big Guns (18en/20xp/$19-23,000) The big guns have arrived. Tanks have rolled onto the streets. Frank means business. Armored Takedown (24en/26xp/$40-80,000) Compared to Frank, you're severely under equipped. Take down his armory and arm your men. The cavalry has arrived. While storming the armory, as all hope seemed lost, Victor's men show up to help you take down the armory. Take Over the WestSide (26en/33xp/$16-27,000) With Victor and the Skull Gang on your side, you take over the Westside. The End is Near (21en/26xp/$15-20,000) The neighborhood has become a war-zone. The end is near. Frank's Last Stand (19en/24xp/$16-19,000) The time has come to fight Frank.

    Downtown

Frank owns this city now. The only person keeping him in check was Victor.
Now, thanks to you, there is no one to stop him.
This is payback. Hit Frank where he keeps his money.

Open a Casino (15en/15xp/$14-17,000) Casinos bring in lucrative revenues. Your first casino is a converted warehouse in the alley. Despite the shabby decor, the money is good. Steal Air Freight Delivery (18en/22xp/$9-10,000) You were so successful that you swear Ocean's Eleven was based on your exploits. Become a Loan Shark (14en/14xp/$14-16,000) Make loans, wait, flex your muscles, wait, break some legs, collect your money, easy as cake. Buy a Cop (18en/21xp/$9-10,000) Aside from never having to pay for a parking ticket again, your new found intel makes you even more formidable. Steal Rival's Protection Fees (20en/21xp/$28-35,000) Collecting protection services from those collecting protection services is why you're the boss. Beat Racketeer Charges (16en/19xp/$8-9500) After some more very compelling and convincing arguments with some fists and some bats, the racketeers develop 'sudden memory loss' and all charges against you are dropped. Blackmail the Mayor (25en/27xp/$18-21,000) Poor mayor, looks like he can use a 'friend'. You keep your mouth shut and he'll return the favor. Infiltrate the Police Force (15en/16xp/$15-18,000) The Mayor owes you a few favors. He has agreed to promote some of your men into key roles in the police department. Move Guns (18en/22xp/$9-10,000) Now, where to store the tank... Prepare for War (18en/23xp/$8-12,000) Gather your most loyal men, the time is drawing near. Calling the Captain (19en/14xp/$19-23,000) BANG BANG BANG! At midnight, your car is sprayed with machine guns. Good thing you weren't in it. Your intel was dead on and your decoy worked. Frank has made his move on your life. The war is on.
