In my book, any less enforcers in this game is a good idea. Go away with your deflects and failed Executes
Do that and i'll be a happy Sniper

Re: Enforcer, time to move on?

My problem is that I never see deflect hit. I've seen jugg 1 hit more in the past two weeks then I have deflect. Which makes me feel it's a waste of time to use as a class when the core skills don't even hit. Here are my stats as of a couple days ago. Either way, i need to be either enforcer or Titan. Maybe I'm just in a rough spot with deflect.

AmerOutlaw, if you are going to go Titan at any given time the best advice is to show up to eves as Titan for the best bang for buck xp return asap. I'm kinda in the same position as you and from here on out I'm going Titan for eves. At least till I get a good feel for Turtle and Vengeance compared to my max Enforcer. It will be slow going and probably take over 2 months to really get a feel but yeah, that's my advice.

PS: last war I deflected 27 times...what level is your deflect at?

Turtle is hard to quantify. I am at level 3 and because it scales according to opponent's hits it you don't really know how much damage it reduced. But I can say that, against me, since the new classes were introduced, the crits against me go up only to 250, a couple of 300 and only once I saw a 800 crit and another time of 600 damage against me. No more criticals of thousands 😁. It also works with cripples, where it probably comes in full effect (cripple would be easiest way to verify turtle effectiveness, if you know cripple level and your exact health when hit)

Ok, so I'm assuming you don't get attacked that much. RNG (random roll generated) is anybodies worse enemy but with maxed deflect every war I am under fire it procs at least once every 15-20 attacks...sometimes you get a chain deflect going...my best is 5 in a row. That alone is the liquid gold I'm referring to

We just warred guys that had a few "Turtle" and it did cut my damage quite a lot (less than half). Turtle sucks for snipers and sins

"Enforcer/titan is so overpowered" is already in session, I guess...
Turtle3 is 50%. It doesn't go "less than half".

I find it funny when reading posts of how Enforcers and now Titans are constantly termed OP by players when other classes are ridiculously OP as well in my eyes.

                      * We better be careful not to move thread off topic though. OP wants advice on either sticking with Enforcer or moving on to Titan. If patient I say move to Titan and start getting the XP needed to level it up. It's something new and fun.

Re: Enforcer, time to move on?

OP, after a couple days of Titan here is what I am understanding and liking about the new class:

                        1. Turtle is great! At level 1 Titans block 30% of incoming damage. If defending a building against chain attacks this is huge!

                        2. Rally can be used 15 minutes into the war and 1 hour later. It lets you buff yourself with a shield. You get at least 600 armor and gain additional armor based on players defensive power. I have 2800 defense and I receive a 990 shield when using Rally. Make sure you are paying tribute to Street for the extra defense buff.

                        3. Bull Rush is cool but we are not attackers. If you are in a empire where you find yourself applying damage to players then this is a great way to distribute damage to target row.

I just started this new class and I am kicking myself for not doing so a month ago when it was released. Get into eves in Titan spec for the best xp return. Fighting bosses will surely help but nothing compared to the xp gained in a eve. Also, its free to do so 4 times a day if ya want.

I know I was preaching about Deflect and how I would miss it too much but after 2 years of doing the same thing over and over and now looking at what Titan has to offer it makes sense to start boosting this class. The Turtle skill is amazing and I am absorbing as much damage as I was before and I'm only level 1! I don't think the new classes were made to overshadow the original classes but to reward those that have played for some time and give us another cool option within the same realm. Enforcer isn't going anywhere...if I need to change back due to falling into Legend league at a time we are not that active then I can. Right now my Enforcer is better overall but the Titan class has some very cool abilities that later will surely come in handy like Reinforce and Vengeance when upgraded. Its exciting so far and I advise you take the plunge into the realms of Titans. You can always switch back to Enforcer when needed so start boosting your Titan in eves...level 2 is only 1000 xp away!

Re: Enforcer, time to move on?

Titan is a better defensive class than enforcer if you're strong. If you find yourself losing defensively most of the time you're better off staying enforcer. But for all those wishing to remain enforcer simply for deflect, keep in mind that while deflect remains OP at the moment, a few months from now as ghosts develop their ghost tag/ghost hunter and reapers develop their plague/disable, deflect will start looking real nerfed real fast. Titan's Nanosuit may not reflect damage, but it adds to your invincibility by adding armor (essentially health) at the same rate as deflect.

Chelsea the biggest difference between enforcer OP and other classes OP (sniper, mostly) is that enforcers don't use tokens. Spree and Adrenaline Rush, you need to use tokens for them to proc. And if I'm going against an enforcer, then the formula is More time in-game than opponent+more money spent+more cc invested+tokens actually used = defeated by inactive level 300 enforcer with level 3 deflect. Is it OP for a ghost/sniper to hit for 2k with a single token? Yes, but there are counters towards it: heavy's mitigation of criticals and enforcer's deflect. There is no counter for deflect. Suppression was one option, but they nerf'd it so now it's pretty useless against active enforcers.

That being said, OP, both enforcer and titan are extremely good, and both will be necessary in wars. You really can't go wrong here. Enforcers will help Titans with stim and Titans will help Enforcers with Riot Shield.

TAke, for example, one of our enforcers...2400 health (over 10k eve health). It's a token eater and we wouldnt give up deflect on that account......it has filled graveyards with snipers

Changing to titan is a personal choice and should be based on current build and future build/goal of your toon.

Like I said, I will be nothing but health and defense. So maybe enforcer is for me. Deflect ftw (if it ever hits)
