Hi usually you can get the event lieutenant by getting 1200 dream tree, in the UK the ranking is when I’m asleep it’s unfair I can and have in the past spent on crates, rank 800 before sleep and wake to 1008 or something ie it’s unfair and I think against iTunes rules. And Coronavirus outbreak people are concerned about money yet you won’t give a guaranteed event lieutenant- please will you rethink this? Thanks

What do you mean by its against iTunes rules? So many games operate this way with timezones that obviously wont favor every single player. We all know about the virus but you are saying due to that the gaming company should give out guaranteed items?

If what you said was applicable to every game on iTunes and been practiced, then i would say you have a point but non of the other games i know of has asked for what you asked or cited the virus as a reason for guaranteed items.

Hi if you read in more detail and think you might understand in previous events you could get the lieutenant by getting 1200 (dream tree) so the chance ranking bad for my time zone mattered less. I’m not spending in this event for the chance when I’m sleeping of an event reward, I think that loaded chance is against iTunes rules

I get your point and sympathize(i really do) but my point was nothing done in this event is against iTunes rules. Hopefully in future events they can increase the threshold for players to get the event epic.

How does per token, energy and stamina work?
Poppy use 2 tokens in EVE.
Do I get 20% chance or 10% chance?
Per token=10%
So 10% + 10% with Poppy?
Same with stamina?
Per stamina=1%
So 80 stamina = 80%

The same thing happened to me.
When I went to sleep I was ranked 600
When I woke up I was down to rank 1063.
I really thought rank 600 was enough to keep me below 1000
Wanted to split 3* Vanquish and make 3* Lark

Well, I am not a demo, but she works per token spent, so, it would be weird if you cannot gain tokens from demo.

I never received my event rewards. I sent email to customer service and they said I didn’t participate. I had 21 trees, and sent them a screen shot. Now I’m waiting again to see what happens. I feel they are still gonna tell me that I get nothing.

also on another acct I hit 60x stam and never got. I sent in screenshot and they said that they only seen me win $250k. I feel Kabaam and PA was a lot more fair. I don’t even wanna invest $$ anymore. I already invested over $150 in the last month and that’s after not playing for over 3 years. Just got back. Should of stood away.

You need to manually collect the rewards by the collect banner. I hope you still have it.

Not sure what you mean with 60x stamina, but this is all you did in the event, with the respective toon, yeah, it sounds like you didn’t have enough to participate

I never had a banner. They just showed up on my other accts. I never had to click anything. I sent them a screenshot of 21 trees built. And still no response. This is so unfair. D43A45

As for the 60x stam, I hit a scratcher for 60x stam. I sent them the screenshot and I took a pic with another phone just Incase the screenshot didn’t snap in time. This was on my other acct. whatever I give up on this game. They only cater to the big spenders. Us little guys don’t mean anything
