Okay...this is something I didn't expect to happen at all. I picked up Underworld Empire back when I was still a kid in Middle school, had some fun but dropped this game like a sack of potatoes randomly. In the last week I picked it up again years later and started catering to the gremlin on my shoulder I named "Completionist" so I'm logging in often. Young me joined an Empire called Veni-Vidi-Vici and I recall a bunch of faction wars and whatnot, fun times. Now I see barren, empty halls and a dead empire chat. It's...weird to say the least. I'm the only person to have donated in what might be a few years as of this past week. Now any logical person might have been like "well this place is a nice cold stiff, time to move on!"
Then there's a goober like me who just sits in the empty bar now and then and witnesses all of the progress frozen in time...kind of like road work that seems to never make progress or end despite getting through 4 years of school and passing it every day. One of these days I see there's an option to impeach the current leader and I'm like "hmm, perhaps that will make some things start moving and shaking" while in reality I knew the place was dead like my old neighborhood Blockbuster and got curious.
beep. Impeachment vote in place. Then Brass waited...and promptly forgot a day and a half later.
Now I'm here today and semi-randomly got a message the impeachment process was successful. More importantly: I'm the new officer.

So here I am, trying to make better sense of this weird situation. I now own a dirt old Empire with a bunch of established buildings that still have upgrades in progress. I have no idea what I'm doing. I guess the first step is to get warm bodies in and try to meet n' greet some new Seedy bastards to help breathe new life in here.
You know when you're given something that looks super cool but you have no idea what to do with it? Yeah this is my reality...so uh...Hi! I'm Brass, and Veni-Vidi-Vici is open for new members! (I guess?)
TL;DR: Hi! I'm Brass and I accidentally became the officer of a dead empire! "Plz join cuz game fun" and all that jazz, I'm mostly doing this out of genuine disbelief of my situation and therefore must immortalize it.
