MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing – The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you’re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure

- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create sock puppet’ accounts – multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator’s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

  • Apologies to ES and Ue Community.

First I do want to apologize to ES and the rest of UE community for my guild mates statements. They were instigated by the gm of the guild, whose name i have already provided to the ES members and the mods, during our last eve battle. This person was constantly without any reason or proof accusing es and sal of cheating.

Everyone had a laugh at the obvious ploy to defame es and sal. But my mate still wanted to ask the questions as doubts were raised and he has the right to ask. He is generally a solid guy and apparently in his haste to post his questions and doubts he went overboard in his statements. My apologies for those statements.

The ES members can deal with the guild and its Gm who is the original accuser and the instigator of this event as they feel like.

I try to provide a drama free enjoyable environment for my guild and the forum. we want no further part in this silliness.

I am in no way justifying the statements or questioning the right to bring forward questions about doubts. I am apologizing the way this was handled.

    Cheers.

I can't speak for everyone here mist but its no problem... I hope he understand that those of us who posted in his thread were mostly playing devils advocate...and appreciate you taking the time to post an apology for your guild members actions though it wasn't needed

Thanks for the post Mist. It doesn't really justify the drama he caused, but it sort of clears Mist Knights' name.

Honestly i do not understand why it causes drama, really tell me. In Castle Age there are people who spent similar amounts or even more, nothing special. There are people who can effort it, so simple. There are here and then similar topics in the forum. Its explained, joked about, thats it. Rarely any real spender bother even to check it. So why do everyone here get offended or feel the need to justify themselves and push the topic up with many defending and going against the opening poster? Closing the threat even. Really, this behavior makes it feel like a conspiracy. If there is nothing to hide please act normal and do not bother about such posts instead of zerging it down.

About devs account in guilds: Manimal wrote himself once that devs play incognito as regular players in empires. Not a secret at all. That does not mean that them give the empire members FP to burn and level up to 2.000 or whatever. Its their game, so its normal. In Castle Age it is the same, there are many dev accounts in guilds around and no one bothers. As long the account is not a game changer, an unbeatable account, it should not disturb the balance at all.

I strongly agree with Alper. In every game, there are big spenders. Without them there will be no free games. So please, stop this silliness, and try to enjoy the game. If you cand stand the big spenders, just dont look at their profiles and their high starred epic LT's, instead, look at a lvl 20 player. You will feel better

I really hate when I miss all the new things on the forum and in game, but hey, I need a vacation too! See ya all in a month, and please, do not feed on drama, it just kills the fun.

            Stay classy ppl!

You're being a bit naive here Alper. There was an agenda behind the entire thing which goes further than just House of Pain. Either way, it broke the forum rules and multiple warnings were given. The thread was closed so no further problems could arise and Airmid will review it. The forum rules are there for a reason, if everyone just ignores the rules and moderators never enforce the rules, then it will all mean nothing. When players don't think there will be repercussions for their actions it leads to them continually pushing things to see how far they can go. Mist articulated it perfectly before; he said that the only people worried about new moderators or the forum rules are the people who intend to break them. The rules here aren't strict and there's a whole sub-forum which allows people to vent and essentially cater to their less PG13 side. You can think what you want Alper but the thread wasn't closed to defend ES or PA and cover a conspiracy, it was closed because it broke the rules. Plain and simple.

I have no problem with Mist Knights, Gemini was just a pawn in this. It's unfortunate that he was too worked up to be able to recognize the many warnings he received.

It's not the amount people are spending that causes drama, it is the way people go about scolding people who can afford to spend money on the game.

Enough of the bitching about big spenders. It is their money to spend as they wish. They earned it, paid taxes on it and it is their choice on where they spend it. You can be entertained just fine in this game without spending a dime, it just may take longer to get stronger.

Is just a game. Nothing much to do in real life. Most important is u enjoy yourself. Winning or Losing in this game wont earn u anything in real life.
Is just for the satisfaction . Cheer up ppl. Let's have a positive mind set.

Wait...we are supposed to pay taxes on that money too??? Thanks for the heads up, I'll look in to it.

More to the point of the thread, we all know you are good people Mist and appreciated your handling of it. Mistakes happen and some people honestly just don't understand the rules or misjudge the actual rules. I can promise you that there isn't anyone in ES who has had one bad word to say about Mist Knights and we were glad it was handled the way it was on both sides.
