Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing – The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you’re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don’t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like “you people.”
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not “flame”, “troll.” or “haze”.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don’t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don’t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ‘sock puppet’ accounts – multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator’s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    If there is no plan for Class Coin use, after maxing out all classes, what if consumables were put in place? For example:
    In War - Heal 1% for every 5 CCs traded to the Black Market (Full Heal = 500 CCs) / 1 Time per war
    Trade 2,000 CCs to Black Market for 1 Stamina Refill / 1 Energy Refill
    Trade 1,000 CCs to Black Market for 1 Scratcher
    Trade 500 CCs to switch Classes during war - Requires "Professional" achievement for associated classes / 1 Time per war
    Trade 2,000 CCs for 1 Common Recombinator / 4,500 CCs for 1 Uncommon Recombinator / 10,000 CCs for 1 Rare Recombinator / 25,000 CCs for 1 Epic Recombinator
    Trade 4,000 CCs for 1 Common Splitter / 9,000 CCs for 1 Uncommon Splitter / 20,000 CCs for 1 Rare Splitter / 45,000 CCs for 1 Epic Splitter
    Trade 100 CCs for 1 Common Tech Lab Part / 300 CCs for 1 Uncommon Tech Lab Part / 900 CCs for 1 Rare Tech Lab Part - No option to purchase items like Sara pieces / Epic / Legendary parts
    Trade 6,000 CCs for Common Crate / 30,000 CCs for Rare Crate / 150,000 CCs for Epic Crate / 750,000 CCs for Super Crate (Event LTs Only)

    This would greatly increase activity in EvE, while rewarding those who have been participating in EvE consistently for the past 6 years!!! My empire and I (HUMP•BANG) look forward to another 6 years of AWESOMESAUCE 💪🏻😃

    Medic class will use cc, so there is a plan for them, at least for the moment.


    I like the overall ideea, but there will be people who will look for „cc empires“ even more with long wars. Maybe if cc multipliers will be set in place for faster wars, it will somehow equalise the rewards.

      Alexian, you MUST be partially joking 😆 When that class releases, everyone who's been playing steadily for the past 6 years, will be able to immediately max out skills as they rank up in the Medic class... the only caveat being it MIGHT take time to level the class depending on how high the player has Fleur and if they are cloning her 🤓 My idea is not to solve the math... UE has people for that, when it comes to how much each item might cost. But no matter how many classes they come out with, unless it occurs on a regular basis, Class Coins will ALWAYS become obsolete. It doesn't sound very feasible to let us stock pile CCs, UE unleashes a new class, and we can suddenly level up each skill to the max right out of the gate... that's just lazy programming 😆 An idea like this promotes "War Activity"... if people want to shop around for a more active Empire, allow them to do so. People wouldn't shop around INTO our empire, but we still think this is a fantastic idea 💪🏻🤓

        I am with you on cc will always become obsolete at one point. I wouldn’t actually mind a more „max limit“ on more parts of the game (lvl, sp, items).

        I have minimum 150k dormant cc on each of my toons and I am in a „cc empire“ (well, I actually think of it more as an xp empire, since none of the actives actually need cc) and an implementation of your ideea will benefit me greatly. But after the initial swap of cc / crates, I will still gather about 150+ cc per won war, while someone in a competitive empire, will still have 30 to 60 mins war and under 100 cc
        I think the game needs more competitive EvEs, with more people engaged in more closed battles, not rewards for „cc farming“ tactics and long boring wars.

        Cut out the cumulated cc, as they will be monetized quickly by most (some will benfit more than others - there are reports with more than 500k cumulated) and the devs need to find a way to be about equal to all players, even if they have 10 mins wars or 2 hours wars (multipliers ideea, similar to Turf Wars xp multipliers, which actually advantages fast wars, not me).

        And, as I said. I like your ideea and I hope it will be implemented. And yes, the „math“ needs to be worked and balanced by UE stuff, for all players, even if they have been playing 6 years long (my case including) and stocking on piles of cc or they are new players or players with fast wars and low cc rewards.



        Ps: personally I will just buy refills with the occasional epic spliters

          Sounds like something UE has not thought about in the past 6 years... it also sounds like they should implement "something", whether it benefits anyone immediately or not. If they don't address this issue sooner rather than later, it will just continue to grow into something they can't fix, for the sake of "benefitting" others too greatly. I agree with a lot of your points. When it comes to reports of players with 500k+ accumulated... well... UE should not have taken this long to address this issue. Instead, implement SOMETHING, bite the bullet, put a shop up, and give people a way to spend the class coins they've earned. If people complain about the ability to spend their class coins... well that's just silly 😆 Even highly competitive empires will sit down and strategize how to best navigate their wars to maximize class coins.

          Everything on this list posted above, is not a game changer, or not achievable/available to everyone who plays the game or participates in war. This way, if UE releases other classes in the future, people will not be able to immediately max out skills as they become available, and players will have to make a choice - do they save up 750,000 for that super crate they've had their eyes on? Or do they spend their class coins on the upcoming class about to be released? OR... do they spend them on refills because they are LSI and just want to level?

          Putting a shop into place doesn't benefit anyone over anyone else, because it introduces options across the board (options that are available to everyone who earns class coins)... the shop changes the way people look at and participate in war. Putting a shop in place ALSO will not make people want to participate "less" in war. People who participate, will continue being just as active, and people who are active and want more CCs per war, will find a way to strategize and realize that vision 😃

            We can only hope devs make some kind of shop.... (not only for cc, I still have a lot of unused weapons, gear etc..)

            but it I think this idea is almost as old as the game itself

              Hey Marc, I agree 😃 But here's the thing... the community has to talk about it, express and maintain the interest in it. I don't imagine the development team of Underworld Empire is extensive. I imagine they have develop and program the game as it is (tackling bugs along with everything else along the way). It is probably a lot to tackle at any given time. This is where the community can step in, and we can help drive a bit of that developmental process. The shop posted above, is not my idea alone, it is an idea of a few of us that have been playing UE this whole time... for me it's been since January 19th, 2013. All of the numbers are crude, and it comes off the basis of 1000 class coins equaling 5 Favor Points (as a single scratcher can currently be purchased from the Black Market for 5 FPs). UE's programmers would have to iron out the implemented rates if it went live... but I truly think it's up to us (the community) to drive developmental ideas like this. If we sit on our thumbs, it's very apparent that they sit on their thumbs as well 🤓 I do sincerely appreciate you chiming in!!! Spread the word to your empire... ask them to jump into the forums and chime in 💪🏻😃
