    Sniper Help! Killing Spree?

So sniper head shot at level 3 gives 9 % critical when you use it. I understand that, but when it comes to killing spree... im a little confused.
So killing spree lvl 1 says : +8% Crit/Damage on Crits (Stacks). Lets say I join Empire battle and i want to hit someone with headshot for my first shot, and i dont have any lieutenants to give me extra crit. When i use headshot, will it be 9% or will it be 17% because of killing spree? Or do i have to get a critical hit first to get the 17%?
    Another Question:
Lets say at the beginning of the game I chose street. I have maxed out all the respects, all of them being at 6000 points. When I put my respect in syndicate, will that give me the faction power for Muramasa Reincarnation for 24 hours?? (The 2% crit and 10 attack) Or will I just get the street bonus forever because i chose street?

    ANOTHER THING!!!
I have a level 53 BSI sniper. It has 230 attack currently and 1 defense. I have noticed that it has been leveling very slowly... Should i convert it to LSI? Or should i keep it at BSI??
IS BSI BETTER OR LSI BETTER? GIB YOUR OPINION PLEZ

The 100% critical does happen a lot. Remember your base critical is 9%. You also have to add your LTs critical and where you paid respect for that day.

The KS does stack until you miss a critical. Once it crosses the 50%, you hope that it keeps going. When I see a sniper with it, I make sure they get a pack if needed to keep it going, unless it is a close war and that pack could make a difference (reality is very rare).

As far as changing your build, it all depends on what you like to do. Just remember an LSI build is not fully complete until around Level 450. It might be a little higher for you. If you do go that route, 5 star all jobs to unlock the secret jobs. That is 40 stat points in the early jobs and 80 in the later ones. Look at what achievements you can get done quickly for stat points. You do not have to get to the full 2K 1K. The fortress properties will get you the final 10%.

In the end, play the game the way that you want to play it. If you go LSI, learn REAL quick to ignore the PVP hits for a long time, you will feel a lot better about it. Don't worry about your WL record. When the time is right, you will get your revenge...someday.

There are not many level 1000 players with 100 E and 100S.

100% Crit Chance does happen a lot, if you consider 9% Headshot, 2% faction chance, a couple of LT's to boost it more. it takes 7-8 crits to get to 100%. and if you get 2-3 crits the chances are pretty good you continue getting crits.

A Side note healing will also reset killing spree
One thing i have noticed if your opponent is weaker and you seem to be winning easily 100% killing sprees seem to happen more often than if it is fairly evenly matched.

Actually it's pretty easy with a level 3 ks and a good crit chance. Nope, doesn't say.. Wish it did though

Yes, if you start getting criticals and then it drops you lose your stack. This is why having a high critical chance from LTs really helps if you're gonna be a sniper! Veteran helps as well

Only on victories, though a suppressed person deals less counter damage on attack

    Re: Sniper Help! Killing Spree?

As a sniper myself, I went full LSI first (Energy 1500/Stam 1000) and then started to develop my BSI to turn it into a hybrid.

There are a few things to consider, LSI players have more fun as they can do Jobs/dice jobs and advance in the game quick (giving them more SP to allocate).

My Sniper's BSI is 2.08 (laughable right?) but with KS and Headshot and Paine7 I crit a lot in EVE.
I don't do PvP that much however (BR16 now) but I can go to 19 anytime I want, preying on small level BSI (which is what most people do, since after Level 80, it's open season).

I would go hybrid if I were you, especially for a sniper. not sure about what your energy/stam is, but you should at least get both to 150. And Pay respects to Attack.

lets say i have 62% crit from killing spree, and i crit again giving me 70%. If the crit fails, it goes back to 9% is what you're telling me? (because headshot is 9%)

Unless you plan to spend thousands of dollars over the next year or two go full bsi.

Killing spree starts after your first crit and ends on your first non crit after that.

Factions... highest points faction is the one you are with or the last one you paid respect to if youre max in all.
